Click Edit for your previous post and on the four lines that have the tags [url] replace them with [img].

Thanks, Vivek, for trying to help me but I've spent a bit of time and still haven't a clue how to fix it and have given up for the time being. Sorry
That's the great thing about comics, you don't need a great deal of technical knowledge to read them.

That's probably the main reason why I don't read comic books on the computer screen. Paper all the way for me too.

You're right, looks like manually adding image tags won't work either.

I saw the news about the four stories that they are going to run in #2. For some reason, "The Last Unicorn" is mentioned before "Secret of Wamballa Valley" even though it is a sequel to said story.

It is #3, and the reason is no reason at all - a typing error by me, that's all.

I saw that #4 will have a cover by Biffignandi, previously used by Egmont, but as I remember it, Julie was blond at that cover, while she is a redhead at this one, otherwise the cover appears to be the same.

AFAIK, Biffignandi drew the girl with red hair (the original artwork can be seen on Felmang's Comic Art Fans gallery). The Egmont staff probably changed the hair color digitally. Either Biffignandi didn't know that Julie's hair color is blonde in Egmont stories, or it's just a generic "past Phantom with beautiful girl" that was changed to fit the Julie story.

I received the first 4 Italian issues yesterday. I paid a little more then I probably should have for them but I was happy that I found all 4 in one the spot on e-bay so I was willing to pay it.

I have only had a quick glance though them but the look pretty good. The print is Black & White on similar paper to Frew but it is more glossy then plain. There are also a few articles in each issue (time to start translating) and the inside back cover of each issue contains a 1 page continuing story about the Phantom & the Phantoms World (1st issue has his origin; another had some info on his marks and so on).

Overall, I am fairly happy with them and will be definitely getting #5 & #6 when they come out. Plus Issue #1 has a story I haven’t see yet, The Water Of Life I think it is called, last published by Frew back in the 800’s somewhere which I don’t happen to own, so that's a bonus.

The original price for the issues are 3 Euro, but some ebay sellers claims that the issues are "sold out" and sell them for three times the original price. I don't know if that's true or just a selling point, but they aren't available for purchase from the publisher's website any more.

Yeah, I paid 9 each for mine. I probably could have found them cheaper if I shopped around on e-bay a bit but I was just happy to get them all from the one seller, saved on postage this way.

Yeah, quite happy with them. Aiming for the French issues & all 2010 Fantomen releases next.
