Meat in the highlands

- Mouse Deer. Very very nice steak. Not much meat on them though so i consider it a no-go for farming. Nice to breed for show though up at the Wildlife lodge.

- Pork This is shop pork, but wild boar looks similar. Pork is nice, wild boar is much better. The only description of the difference in taste is like that between a vending machine coffee to a 'Starbucks' (Or 'Coffe Bean and Tea Leaf') with all the trimmings.

- Another Pork recipe

- A mixture of fish. The steaks are shop bought from Miri, the whole fish are locally caught. I will mainly fillet and poach rather than fry whole.
