I'll just take a break from TNZ...for 6 months...
|
I felt i might bring this up as pokemon for brawl has not been a hot subject lately. I feel that only one of these two should be in brawl, Who do you pick should appear? |

Deff. Blaziken. With his fire power and fighting skills, there's a lot more Nintendo can do with him than Lucario. Also, Lucario would probably end up being a Mewtwo clone. |

I think Lucario. It's just he's so mysterious, and what he can do in Brawl could sort of be a "preview" of his Dimond/Pearl powers. |

Most people are going to choose Blaziken because they're a lot more familiar with him. This month will be the 4th anniversary of Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire, the first game in which Blaziken appeared, so that means we've had 4 years to see his powers. Information about Lucario, however, is mostly unknown. He has not appeared in a Pokemon game currently available, and I doubt many people saw/are going to see his movie, since the TV show is more aimed at little kids. I choose Blaziken, because Dimond and Pearl just seem like copies of all the old games, and, as people have already said above, his powers would be perfect for the game. |

Blaziken. First off, it was my favorite Pokemon before I added a 2nd pokemon to my team in Saffire when I caught Kyogre, and continued to be one of my most usefull ones. Secondly, I had hoped it would be a Smasher even before I saw this thread (I went through phases where I would try to see how I'd fill a roster. Similar yet completly different to the times I made Geological Maps of DK Isle and a lay out of Ghoulhaven from Grabbed by the Ghoulies). I had thought, for one, as a fighting pokemon it'd have a little more potential in a fighting game. For moves, I had thought Flame uppercut, Slash, Blaze Kick, and Flamethrower. My guess was essentually a copy of several other charecters' moves, but it still showed a bit of pottential in my eyes. |

Lucario isn't from R/S, he's from P/D. Meanwhile, Blaziken is the fire starter's 3rd evolution (1/3 chance you had atleast the first form, unless you did some trading in that hour). You're only left out if you read a Blaziken post based on having one. If you read a Lucario post based on looks or something else stupid than you're not left out. I also think Blaziken would be good as it's not a ledgendary, a weak pokemon, nor Pikachu. |
