Alright, I really do not like football. Period. I tried it, and it was soooooo boring. But I was looking at the Wii review on IGN, and it has Wi-Fi. Possibly the best on the Wii so far. Why? NO FRIEND CODES! Yup, none, you still can't talk to people who you play against, but you have a set of pre selected things to say, like add me to your friends list, and other things. Looks cool, I doubt I will get this, but I hope Nintendo can learn from the third parties, and do the same.... |

I should hope no one here was as excited for this game as, say, that narrator of the comercials. So if there's no friends codes, does it use your main Friends list or just not have matches with friends? I hear Strikers has great WiFi, and actually looks like the kind of game I'd want to play, friends codes or not. |

Nintendo? Learn from the third parties? Highly unlikely.

Yeah, Nintendo is focussing too much on making Wi-Fi safe for kids than to actually make it a worthwhile experience. |

Meh, I have a few Wi-Fi connection games, but I don't use it very often. Except MKDS, I play that online sometimes. |

I'm not interested. Honestly, I think Friend Codes aren't a bad idea. I mean, otherwise how will any of us be able to play together? |
![]() Hey, I'm Alakazam. I'm a pretty big Nintendo/Halo fan. Yup, that's about it. Cya. | |

But in the first post you made it sound like no friend codes was the greatest idea since sliced bread. |

isn't it though imagine a world where nintendo maybe had only the wii code, then every one you had wii codes for was automatically added into a games list for wifi |
