Anyone hyped for this? Seems awesome. Actually, the reason it seems so great is because of the controller. Skate + Balance Board = Awesome.

Not really. Not that I don't like the idea of the Balance Board thingy, but it just doesn't seem interesting to me. I have my Wii Sports, I'm content.

Besides, the more people buy Wii Fit, the more the real Nintendo games get dumbed down for the casuals...it's a shame, really... >_>

This just might be the worst idea Nintendo has ever came up with. If people are lazy enough to consider what they do on the Wii exercise, they need to be hit pretty hard.
"After a great workout, you'll happily go hit the weight room, or add extra miles, or eat spinach and broccoli. But what will you do when you're feeling like crap, or all your friends are going out, or it's pouring rain, or you're running poorly? To keep striving over the course of years, you need to smooth out the natural highs and lows of your desire, so that you have a constant and unrelenting force that drives you off the sofa and out to run. Every day. Twice."

Finally, someone said it!

Hey, Travis finally said something intelligent! He deserves a medal. :)

"'Hoy! I just did five push-ups! I'm finally fit!"

Fun fact: Wii Fit came about because Miyamoto's family is very tight on fitness, often going to the gym and such. Even Miyamoto's fondness of weighing himself helped inspire it. Dedede.

I'll just take a break from TNZ...for 6 months...
If you're really overweight and out of shape, sure, this might be a good first step to getting fit. Otherwise, this is a waste of money. I play football and I wrestle, and I play lacrosse, so I'm already really fit. ;)

Arrgh. The winter got me out of shape. Again. Once things get nice over here, I plan to:

-Get some serious Frisbee going on.

-Start running.

-Get into actual exercises (which I really SHOULD be starting now).

'Course, it doesn't help me that my school has virtually NO sports...other than basketball, but I hate basketball.
