The largest single part of Torchwood-Three, the archives span several levels, many hallways and dozens of ill-lit rooms. Alien equipment, administrative records, confiscated books and suspicious dusts, rocks, seeds, bones and bits of flotsam and jetsam are packed in boxes, bins, filing cabinets, buckets, locked safes, cardboard boxes and fragile glass globes.

Target Range, hallways, closets, the computer room - anything not already covered.

Made up of several hallways, each containing a set of twelve-cells. Individual cells are bare, stained concrete with high-density plastic front walls. Access through the security door is controlled via employee bio-signatures and the complex is monitored via CCTV.

Every Torchwood employee ends up here, sooner or later (and generally sooner). The morgue is actually several levels of self-contained rooms, including space for radioactive and biologically dangerous bodies. Entry is gained via a walkway over the deeper levels of the morgue and the air is always cold and still.
