Owen's Flat
An ultra-modern flat right in downtown Cardiff, Owen's flat is so close to work you could practically throw a paper airplane out the window and hit the water tower. Not that he spends much time there. The flat is pretty empty, furniture practically an afterthought, and shows very little of its owner's personality.
