At this point, this game is invitation only. Applying for a character here in Torchwood-Three is no easy task. You have to demonstrate courage, talent, skill and the ability to believe in three impossible things before breakfast. Ianto has written up a simple, thirty-five page document to help you through the process. Unsuccessful candidates are given a free cup of coffee with a retcon chaser. To begin with read the rules. They cover what you can expect from this game – and what you can’t. Most of them should be common sense but, alas, you’d be surprised on what you can find on the internet. You should also read the world background, where the tone and type of game is expanded on. If you don’t like what you see in either place, you’re not likely to be happy here. Take a look at other character sheets and some of the posts available, so you know who you’d be playing with. Register under your character name (ex: Ianto Jones), not your net name or a nick-name. I will receive a validation request and get back to you/it within 48-hrs. Some names have been blocked, if you get a ‘name taken’ and you were invited to the game as that character, drop me an email and I’ll fix it. If you have trouble reading or posting to a forum let me know, the permissions may be screwed up. Some advice from the Captain: This is a (somewhat dodgy) science fiction based game. It is also a game where there is no recognizable afterlife, no intelligent god(s), and so on, in keeping with RT. Davis’ plan for the world. Ghosts, fairies and devils have pseudo-science explanations and none of them include the possibility of them being player characters. So, no angels, half-demons, fairy princes or similar.
