All rules and regulations must be followed according to Torchwood proceedings. Anyone failing to follow these will be punished and if they fail to follow protocols then they will eventually be retconned and removed from Torchwood

New members of Torchwood will register here and wait for an admin to approve their registration before beginning their Torchwood duties in defending the Earth

A beautiful bay in the middle of the city surrounded by shops, natural beauty and nearby is the Torchwood Three hub.

The shops here are many and varied. You can loads of the usual popular Nationwide shops but also some rather quaint Welsh ones

Plenty of clubs for the growing number of students and young people in Cardiff. There are some under 18 clubs and over 18 clubs

Ianto Jones can be found here guarding the entrance to the Hub. Also tourits can find Cardiff guides here

The central room of the Torchwood base is where all the team meet. The pteradactyl flies around above. The base hides beneath the sewers.

Jack's office is on one of the higher levels and it's almost always open. Jack sleeps here when it's closed so even after hours he can be found though he might be grumpy

Gwen, Tosh, Ianto and Owen's desk are scattered around the main central of the hub.
