Greetings. I wanted to ask, does U3D support model alpha transparency? U know what i mean, when u make a model and then u adjust alpha to make him a see-thru. |

Yes, it does. Anyway transparent materials can cause problems sometimes. They may cover something that should be visible. This is an old problem of DirectX (which will be solved with DX10 ).I'm going to improve this a bit in U3D 2.0, but there's no perfect solution for this with DirectX 8.1 (with DX9 neither). There are only solutions that work better but are less efficient. |
