as the topic says, how can I make an object invisible? Not just not drawn because it's out of range, but not drawn (or calculated) at all. |

If I understood what you said, then if it's a model just set visible=true for the object, but I don't know why you wanna do that.

sorry if I gave you too few info: I'm making a RPG, and I want the monsters to be invisible for 100 seconds before they respawn again. In that 100 seconds I could do x = x-5000 so they're not drawn, but I guess they're still calculated (whether it should be drawn or not) then, so I want them just to be not drawn at all (not calculated either). Why not just make a separate spawn-object with timers and use instace_create to respawn the monsters. Or maybe you could deactivate the objects. |
