Doom 3 uses a pixel shader technique with projective light mapping for this purpose. Nothing you could accomplish on your own, I guess
. I don't have the time to help you with this currently, so maybe you should better go on making easier things.

Wouldn't it be easier to just use a spot light and have it point in the same direction of the flash light model? |
