Can you not see the white bits around the reflection?

This results from the clipping planes that are set up for the refraction and for the reflection camera. To fix it you need to increase the z for the clipping plane of the refraction camera a bit and decrease the z for the clipping plane of the reflection camera.

It stopped it doing it on the terrain, but it still does it on the camera frame

Solving this is way more complicated. The water shader had to be modified a bit and you had to change the view variable of the reflection and the refraction camera in a particular way. I may make it so that it doesn't do this in the water in the Tech Demo, so you can see how it can be done there.
