ApplyParralaxAndBumpMap seems to deactivate; lighting for some reason...

You said vertex lighting where you should have said pixel lighting. Kinda confusing.

No, Dr. Best was correct. It does disable per-vertex, and enables per-pixel lighting when using bump mapping. At least that's how it is always explained in the manual. :lol:

I corrected this in my post, look at the quote to see how it was before ;) .

You have to make sure that ApplyParallaxAndBumpMapping(...) gets called at least once after the creation of the light source object, because otherwise the light source object id is invalid. The easiest (but a bit inefficient) way to do this is calling ApplyParallaxAndBumpMapping(...) in the step event.
