can text use shaders?

A postscreen shader will affect it.

so i have to make a render camera with the text and pss to affect the text

A postscreen shader will affect it.

No, it won't. Post screen shaders are applied before 2D graphics are drawn.

What you can do is drawing the text into a texture render target and drawing this texture using a shader (will require the texture to be set up for a camera aligned model object).

Not with the main view usually. Sometimes, yeah.
