Hi, I am making a 3d RPG. I have looked on google but there I found only tutorial for 2d games. So this is my question: "How do you make a inventory in u3d?" Edited by mwonline, Oct 14 2008, 04:47 PM.

Please be more descriptive of your problem. What type of inventory do you need? Most inventorys are entirely 2d. All is needed is knowledge of U3d's 2d drawing functions. |

I can draw the inventory. But I want when I buy a sword in the shop it goes to the first slot of the inventory. And when I close the inventory and when I open it on an other time that the sword then in the first slot is and not gone. And that when I open the inventory that I then can move the inventory window with the mouse. "Sorry for my bad English.(That is because i am Dutch.)" |

As soon as people move on to U3D, they think that all programing will be different This is no different than making a inventory with regular GM sprites. Do the same coding except instead of using GM's draw_sprite(), you use U3D's DrawTex/Ex(..);

Sorry, but I won't bother answering that as it it's not a U3D related question. If you know GML, then you will have no problems creating a inventory. You will find all you answers on how to make a inventory on GMC if you dare to go there. Edited by Despellanion, Oct 14 2008, 09:18 PM.
