there are 3 cameras the main perspective camera for drawing the world a reflection camera for drawing the world reflection coming off of the water and a refraction camera to draw the world under the water. in the water object, you really gotta read through the code if you want to put it into a different game, there is hard-coded lines that link the water to the terrain model, if you think about it the whole examples special effects are hard-coded, not really good for an example, because of the inability to change certain variables through the code and see the effect of each change. |
