Here is a topic where you post artwork that you drew! Meager, good, or great. Don't let limitations stop you from showing off your skill! I'll post some of mine later.

@Despillanion: Nice art dude, you far surpass most of us, unless someone else has something more impressive than that.

@ the rest of you goofballs spamming the art topic: I know this is in "Off topic", but will you guys stop spamming this topic here. xD Although i like my radiation science like the next guy, you guys should really consider posting a new topic about microwaves or something. :P

PS: omg i cant believe i said goofballs. xD

I would post a drawing, but as I said, I don't have any good ones. I suppose renderings I did in Blender don't count. :P

same goes with the smell of ash and smoke from the day you set it ablaze.

I says art..
So renders count, cuz modeling is also a art form.

Yeah, believe it or not, if your good with a 3d modeling but not paper it just means your an awesome 3D modelist. And like the topic title reads, it doesn't matter if the drawings are not that good. Its good to your eyes, don't limit yourself to others standards. :)

Yeah, I did it in Blender. The head took me about five hours (I don't remember if that included the eyes or not), and then the penguins were an experiment with the retopo tool, HDR backgrounds, various material settings, and the composite node system. You have to look a little closely to tell, but the blurred out penguin on the left is actually significantly lower in polygons than the main one. That's where the retopo came in handy.

Thanks :) I got more, but it's a rendering:
243 Win Bolt Action rifle

Not very impressive though. I try to put much new stuff on my online portfolio, at: http://linus.jobbprofil.com

I agree not impressive, but a good start

Wooden finishes are usually darker and more scratched up for a retro effect - but you're experienced (more than me) and you already know that

@Desp
Good. I'd kill if it was

anyhow i think i'll do a 'one-a-day' thing now until i'm forced to draw again

Posted Image

...that should take at least a year, so maybe three a day then...which won't take long, unless I include storyboards...so huh

btw, angle of camera makes the character seem female 'cause of jacked up aspect ratios
