Looking good. Though I suspect the model is ripped, right? Be careful with that. Halo is a commercial game after all, while games like Quake 3 are open source. |

I swear, all you need are high polygon count geometry, high res textures, and some simple but good lighting. Games that try to be graphically good without first doing these 3 things are trying too hard. |

Just asking.. It doesn't effect textures.. only geometry. The engine was toned down. You visual junkies are forgetting some thing.. without gameplay visuals mean nothing. Has anyone tried brink.. I know the engine was toned down but honestly, half the point of crysis is the graphics. I dont consider a sequel to be a sequel unless the graphics were improved as well as the gameplay. Thats not a sequel. What bothers me is when people put SSAO, HDR, sun shafts, per object motion blur, vegetation shaders, and all kinds of other stuff on a scene that has low res textures and low polygon count objects. |

Crysis 2? Oh yeah, it was fun. But theres parts about (the gameplay of) Crysis 1 I liked more. But some of the visuals bothered me since Crysis is known for being the most graphically advanced game of all time. |
