Edit this all again, I seemed to have fixed the buggy mesh problem (or just averted it all together) by not using terrain and models.. Seems kind of a harsh way to fix that problem but no one had time to answer or give a suggestion. So moving on. Im sure you get a lot of noobs so I figured that was the reason for the no reply.
