Technically you can, but even if you are skilled with c++ it would be really hard. Use Python instead.

U3D 2.x isn't designed to be used with C++, so consider it impossible.

Its been done before, though you will have to write your own wrapper. Look over the Game Maker scripts and find all the .dll calls you will need to make.
