I downloaded navicat for server side:
but it needs to connect to a database.
How do I create a MySQL database or what program do I need?

I recommend downloading the official GUI package with the Query browser included: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html
That's what I always use.

Not sure, I've only tried GMSQL and it worked fine.
In the end I think they both do the same thing and it's just a matter of which you prefer using.

Does your host support remote database creation? Some only supports localhost creation like PhpMyAdmin.

If you are using a server with PHP I suggest using MysqlAdmin and look into SQL scripting: W3Schools SQL Tutorial

OK my database is running now and working, but everytime I restart my computer I have to reinstall mysql-essential-5.1.53-win32.msi
because the server doesn't want to start again.

Ok everything works now now I need gmsql (the dll's) and some help on it, it is closed on yoyogames.com and the scripts of gmmysql aren't commented
