Hello, Im having a bit of trouble using the light_spot in the basic example. Basicly im attempting to move a light_spot at quite a fast speed, and it fails to update fast enufe, the light follows the player so it must be able to update its position fast enufe. light_spot: Create: rotx = 0 roty = 0 deg = 180 r = -128 g = -128 b = -128 z = 0 range = 40 LightSpot() Destroy: Destroy() Step: x = player.x y = player.y Dose anybody know how to make the light update its position faster! Thanks! |

Hey, I had the same problem a few day's ago, you should place the code to position your light in the step event of your player object and call (from the player object) the Step-event of your light: step-event player:

Thanks for your reply, but this still hasent solved my problem. The light spot still updates far too slowley. |
