Question:
1. Intel or AMD fan.
2. A entire new system ? or just the board?
3. How much u got to spend?

I can't actually tell you what to use.
I lost touch with intel ages ago.
AMD is making some wicked chips now and intel's SMD technologies look so very dated compared.

For my gaming rig i bought a Asus Evo-V Usb3 it's a mid range Crossfire board, but the second pci-EX port is limited to 4 lines "X4"
But the main port does not care if you use a radeon on a nvidia card.
It has great hardware features, good overclocking due to AMD chipset.
It can use any AM3 or AM3+ cpu.

The new amd chips are way more stable than intel.
and is capable of some impressive feats at a much lower price.
A T1100 will get you within spitting distance of a (270 i7)
The Turbo core pushes the core speed up considerably high and gives you that edge when you need it.
If you get a 'black edition' you can run a core unlocker right from the bios and get some free cores if your lucky.
The bios has it's own GUI-OS.. i repeat Operating system in bios.
The second x4 pci-ex port may be a letdown but you can always use a old '9600 or up' nividia card as a physics card in there.

AMD is bang for your buck.

The board cost me R1300 or US$162.5
The cpu cost me R1500 or US$187.5
The gpu cost me R1700 or US$212.3
Ram is dirt cheap these days.
These parts should be way cheaper in your country.

I actually have no idea WTF a hundo is, if it's anything like living in the forest and killing animals i get worried.
How about you help me convert this figure into a working number.

hundo = hundred lol :P
Thanks for that Luen. You know I always thought intel made safer products but maybe I am wrong?
I don't mind spending some more because I will probably buy this in pieces.
I am def looking for an asus board though and I likes that one!
