Hi, I currently have only 3 characters, a map and a tower in my game. The triangle count is a little over 18,000 and I'm getting less then 60 fps, sometimes I even get under 40. I know that my video card is at least part of the problem and so I wanted to ask; what's a good video card to get?

Here's some information I got from the dxdiag.
dxdiag info

Thanks for the help. ^_^

Those are two processors, there not much you can do with a processor alone. Do note you cant fit an amd processor into an intel motherboard and vice versa.
if you want to get a new pc, expect to roll out at least 500 dollar. And please read the tutorial I gave you before. Maybe you should read up some about computer parts too, because this is really basic stuff. (you should atleast be able to distinguish a fan from a CPU)

Good selection.
All reliable.
Add 8GB of ram "it's cheap stuff these days"
A find at least a mid-range board on a decent nvidia or intel chipset.
You should have no issue's playing BF3 on that.
These Cpu's can run 32bit mode as well but 64bit lets you use that extra 4.5GB of ram.

This?

I think its best to buy a new motherboard, as its the most vital part of your computer. you should spend atleast around 100$ for a motherboard (correct me if I am wrong). You also need to check if the processor fits, even if its an intel board, processors change.
