Moderator Posts: 96 Group: Moderator Member #6 Joined: April 23, 2008	so which of the old GBA generations pokemon game did you like the best? i personally had a hard decision between Emerald or FireRed. Emerald had the battle frontier which was fun, and FireRed was just a great game overall. but i like FireRed the best overall so whats yours?

Golden Sun Master Posts: 60 Group: Moderator Member #5 Joined: April 22, 2008	I like LeafGreen the best because you can get most Pokemon without having to trade for them. (FireRed is basically the same thing.) Plus, it has Mewtwo drools. Emerald comes next obviously, due to the obvious improvement over R/S in the form of more innovative Double Battles, and the Battle Frontier. UNfortunately you get Kyogre and Groudon after the E4 at lv. 70 instead. I preferred the way they were in R/S with their better movesets.

Here they are: Opponents have lame pokes (ie-a level 50 pidgey) Some people have shinies that you can only see. Stupid. You have to fight a SHEDINJA in the battle pike. Unfair if you arent ready. Thats it. Emerald should get remade when the time comes for that. And have those things fixed. DP edit: yes some opponents were lame i once battled a Lv. 50 Magikarp and good idea PF.

The Shedinja's in the Arena, not the Pike, and it's possessed by Greta (Silver). And I still can't kill it because Umbreon always uses Confuse Ray on me.

E-Rank Member Posts: 20 Group: Members Member #44 Joined: September 7, 2008	I prefer Emerald because of the Battle Frontier. I find that the 3 starters work well for me in the Frontier. I only ever go into the dome, factory, pike and tower.
