Ok, 2 wins in a row is pretty good, 3 in a row is awesome, but.....4 in a row? That's a dynasty. Jimmy White has done the improbable, with his fourth employee tournament win in a row that leaves the rest of us with loads of questions. 1) HOW THE HELL IS HE DOING IT? 2) Should we just fire him? 3) Should we change his schedule and make him work during the tournament?
All are good questions, but, none of them solve the actual problem. The problem is, we're not playing well enough to beat him.
So, what's the trick to beating Jimmy White? Simple, don't let him get ahead early. Don't play the speculative hands hoping to catch the monster flop, don't call the big bets to the river when you're chasing a straight or flush.....just play tighter. If Jimmy's in the pot and has a good size stack, make sure you've got the better hand before you decide to call that big bet!!

See, its simple :)
