thank god that jan is over, went out of rivers end today what a bummer fished all my tournament water with out even a bite, not even on the drop shot. saw some guys at the marina one was jiging some good fish the other was drop shottting and got dinks. and to top off a bad day i get stung by a bee on the way out  looks like i might have to run north for the next tracy bass.  Brrrrrr.

Thanks for the report, Brittyn. I was thinking of going out next weekend, but maybe I'll volunteer to babysit and use the brownie pts for more trips out this spring.  My friend fished w/ Delta Bass last weekend. I think he came in 2nd place and had the big fish with a 3lber.(his only bite) The guy who won it went up north and caught a limit of smallies. I think he had around 5lbs. |

I went out for a few hours today and only caught a 24" striper. I forgot my light tackle and only had swimbaits and some crankbaits with me. |
