Is there a relationship between the Magpies and Campbelltown Eagles JBC ? I notice Pat Franks has played for both teams in the past few weeks and a few old Magpies lining up for the Eagles. |

The short answer is yes. Many of our squad players not selected each week will get a run with the Eagles. |

I notice most State Cup sides have affiliations with a JBC team.Newtown are using Chester Hill as their feeder to bring injured players back etc. |

Cheers. Good idea. On Saturday, the bench had 12 players on it (a couple injured). Not everyone will get a run each week so it's good they got another alternative for match fitness. And double headers planned ? |
