Benefits of Creatine Creatine is an organic acid which is generated in the kidneys and liver of all humans and animals. Around 95% is found in the muscles. ![]() It improves the muscle's capacity to support sudden increases in energy use as well as speed up the recovery process. With repeated supplementation the content within the muscles is significantly increased, leading to an increase in power. Taken as a supplement, creatine will assist in muscle recovery after strenuous exercise. Creatine is effective in easing the effects of acidosis (a build-up of lactic acid).Consequently, the burning, painful sensation often associated with strenuous exercise is reduced.Regular consumption of creatine will allow more exercise, more often. Currently creatine is found in two major forms other than liquid. Powder and tablet form. Both of these require the user to mix with a liquid and consume immediately before the creatine converts to a creatinine form. A bi-product which is useless to the human body. Creatine Water has been engineered to remain in a creatine state for years after production. Advantages over powder No preparation - Ready to go. Portability - one easy to carry bottle. Hydrating action - wont leave you feeling bloated, result in cramping, stomach pain or diarrhea. Pharmaceutical-grade German creatine - pure active ingredient. Absorption - Tests have shown that creatine liquid solution reaches a peak absorption level twice as fast and over 40% higher than powdered forms ensuring a maximum muscle boost. See graph below. ![]() Directions for use Recommended daily consumption - One to two bottles. Can be consumed before, during or after exercise. Can be used in addition to or as a replacement for powdered creatine supplements, a replacement for water or as a supplement to aid recovery following exercise for an everyday healthy lifestyle. Creatine Water will ensure maximum absorption during and after loading phases if undertaken. However, recent studies have indicated that no further advantage will be gained through continuous supplementation with very large doses of creatine - ”loading phase” . Not recommended for children or pregnant women. DIRECT ORDERS AVAILABLE ON (02) 9089 8830 Delivery Available IBL AUSTRALIA Pty.Ltd.
