Does anyone know why the result on the group 6 website has changed for the Narellan v Ingleburn match in Round 4?
Initially they had a draw, but it has been changed to 36-32 in favour of Ingleburn. This ends the Jets campaign for 2010.

Charlie Boy, it may be from the two points Moss Vale recieved back from being beaten by Oakdale when they were over their allotted points in the early rounds of the competition.

it's good to see the 3rd best team win the minor premiership. Hollow victory

I dont think it was the choice of the Moss Vale players to take the ponts off Oakdale. Im sure that in the end it will be the team that wins the comp will be the one that is remembered so we will all just have to sit back and enjoy the games ahead. Besides that it may also have been a hollow victory for a team to win the minor permiership whilst in breach of the rules.

I agree I dont think that Oakdale should not have been punished for going over the point system, but the sides they played against should not have gained from it. Congrats also must go to Oakdale for playing this season in the fashion they have, running second after having that many points deducted is a fantastic effort and I believe that at this stage they are still the team to beat. I think that tc_611s cheap shot at Moss Vale is unwarranted as they were not the ones that decided on the reallocation of points.

im with you on that one Oakdale are firm favourite's to win this yr with they way they fought back to finish second... let hope they to fail from too much expectation n pressure from their supporter's ...goin to be a cracker of a first final with oakdale vs easts campbelltown ...wonder who will come up trumps on the day ????

Lecky it may not be Moss Vale players however those who run the group should take a good look at what they have done. My personal thoughts are that they don't think

Camden nite this is my point exactly, to many of the desicions made by the descision makers seem to be in contrast to the majority of peoples thinking and they dont seem to want to listen to clubs views, but seem to want to run their own race and do whats best in their own minds which may not be the best outcome for the combined competition. The compeition which now operates is high in team numbers but in my opinion lacks the quality of years gone by. I fully support the idea of the Campbelltown clubs coming into the comp but it has definately spread the talent thinly across the teams at the northern end of the comp. The fact that more teams are in the comp may not be the only reason teams cannot compete it also has alot to do with financial constraints but unless the group and wests can get together and raise the profile of the competition there simply wont be the money for the comp to improve. Bring in more local derbys, double headers and rivalry rounds lets promote them to try and get people throught the gates again. Let clubs have more of a say in running the game for the benefit of all and not just a few.

just stirring the pot fella's,
and here's a thought for your 300 point theory,
Back in round 1, Oakdale had less points in first grade than Mossy did.
Just a thought for you to ponder some more

Not quite sure what you mean by this ? I just logged onto the group 6 website and Bulldogs are still down as a draw.

There are some Valid points you make. But the merger does not benifit all clubs!! To be honest it would benifit us more if the merger disbanded, But im sure it has the opposite effect on other clubs. So you can undesrstand why alot of people worry only about there clubs because some are under the pump at the moment.

Im not trying to be to negative here im just being honest.

Highlander you need to see things in a different light mate, this comp will die if the current format is done away with what needs to be disbanded is the top heavy admin.

Leckey is 100% correct when he/she says that the promotion of games need to change and combined efforts be put in place so that all parties benefit.
