Would anyone dare to name the teams that would be in a stand alone West's comp, or to the point 1st Grade? |

I would think surely more than one team would come from the Liverpool end, Warriors struggled in 3rd grade, as did ESA, Minto promised the world and delivered only 3rd grade, Bulldogs struggled all year, as a player where does the competition come from? |

There is no "competition" None of the rest of the teams could possibly compete with East C/Town. It would be an absolute walkover for Easts and any one else would just be cannon fodder for them. Some how and I know East's would not agree with this, but their player's need to be shared around the competition to even it up. (they have way to many players for 1st and res anyhow) and there wont be a 3rd grade) Their Bundy side could still then draw from any team in the comp at any time if needed. |

Interesting you should make such a suggestion, i have no doubt that this is what the powers that be would love to happen, let me say it is so unfair if this were to happen, East and its committee have worked so hard to get to the strength it is today. You do not have to be einstein to work out that the powers that be do not like East's. I would think that the powers that be would look at how East's have managed to get to where they are today. Also could you imagine as a player of a club for many years that all of a sudden your told you have to go and play for another club and against the great mates that you have made. I watched many Bundy games this year and seen players from other clubs given the opportunities, so that is already in place. |

Maverick, our players are not going anywhere, the Campbelltown mafia can try and pull us back but they should encourage other clubs to become stronger, that will be alot of hard work, this can be done as you would of seen from city in just one season. This is the key, HARD WORK! How many clubs are prepared to do this, they are dam good at sitting back and whinging about us, They expect players, sponsors and a good senior club just to fall in there laps! we have so many players that have been involved in our club for many years, loyal good mates! And that is hard to seperate, the mafia can try and discourage sponsors and players but our sponsors are as loyal as our players and know the truth, just like Group 6, they know the truth! |

By the way Maverick, we are all ready signing the 1st grade players from this year and looking to improve our team further, who will compete against us and city, what plans does the mafia have for our clubs, will Ingleburn have a team, the rumours are saying they are finished, and a couple of other clubs are struggling! We will see Tuesday night, I hope Mary McKillop can produce her 4th miracle! |

You've got me rolled up Maverick, this happened back in 2007 when clubs in the same room said we won't field a side if we have to play east, before we had Bundy by the way, nothing has changed! |

Instead of clubs complaining about Easts or anyone else decide if your club is either proactive or reactive, some clubs need to make the decision which one they are jealousy is a negative form of desire, and negativity can be a cancer within clubs as it can spread quickly. City are a perfect example of what can be achieved if you put in the effort. Many of you here on the forum are,or have been on committees and knows that it takes, player recruitment, retention, developement, manpower & resources to make a club a success, identify & address these key indicators and any club can be competitive . It wont happen overnight, short term pain long term gain.
