Seems quiet all of a sudden? So, go ESA, Titans, Tigers, All Saints, Minto, Warriors, Collegians, and every other WSDJRLFC. Go all the Group 6 clubs. Go rugby league. |

Firstly Footy Dad, i would like to correct you, i do not go around and bag presidents and let me also say being jealous about being a life member is very funny, i think you would have a different opinion had i put the whole email on here, but in the interest of the topic, i used the line where i beg to differ or dare i say have a different opinion. Also Footy Dad, if you read my post on page 34, i clearly indicate that i have three girls i also stated the team i coach, i do not hide behind a name on here and i am entitled to an opinion, thats the beauty of "FREE SPEECH". You and others may have a different opinion than myself and that is fine. As for seeing children play sport, thats why i give up my time willingly and freely, i am happy for you and others to continue portray me in a different light, but i know in the end the truth will be known. If i didnt care about the current issues in our area then i would not write on here, and if you and others beg to differ feel free to put your opinion on this forum, but repsect the fact that others on here just may see things differently.

Ok Everyone , it seems that alot of people here have an axe to grind and this isnt the platform you should be taking your issues to task, go thru the appropriate channels please. This thread is becoming more about the personalities within the game rather than the game itself. For all the negative feedback posted on this forum remember if you havent anything nice to say then don't say it all. Lets use "Freedom of speech" in a constructive way not destructive as some are doing.Lets stick to the thread topic |

Agree with warrior on this one. As was stated in an earlier post, there is supposed to be a meeting tonight that will reveal info on the comp. Once that's done hopefully can see some info regarding players, coaches etc. Look forward to it. |

Coach Potts you are entitled to your opinion and i see after reading some of the posts from you that you have been in the football game for a long time and you should know how much work a president does and every president deserves to get a life membership. When i was younger and played the president of my club use to pick me up and when he got to training he would be straight off and coach his team and i even seen him cook a BBQ. He was always last to leave. I assume you are from a team in Campbelltown. I live in the Liverpool area and played in a team in the liverpool area. My youngest boy started league this year and my other son plays in the under 8's and i have been to alot of games in the campbelltown area and all the games i have been to in that area have all run smooth and ALL presidents have been at all the games doing their jobs. As for the email , you could post it all on here and it still wouldnt change my opinion cause i know that there are always 2 side to every story and you have probably sent an email to him too and wouldnt post that on here but also i dont want to see what people send in emails if they are meant to be up on forums like this. I wish all sides in the 2011 sides the best of luck no matter what team they play for. |

Footy Dad, just to clear it up, i am at East Campbelltown, and yes you are right presidents do a good job, although i would say many others are last to leave as well, your right i have been involved for a while, i too have been for early morning set-ups and leave when all is packed up. As for the email, i did not send one, this email was sent to my club, they thought it was bad enough and felt compelled to forward it onto me, i did not reply or respond, i agree with you that there is always two sides to the story, but in this case it is mine that has never been heard nor allowed to be. Best of luck in 2011 |

Galahs our site administrator has stated in the group 6 thread that if anyone coming from a Wests perspective (club official, coach, parent etc) is prepared to write a season preview for the Wests JRL competition he will provide blog access. If anyone out there wants to promote this comp with a blog and continue throughout the year then heres your chance.

i know someone that knows someone that knows a friend that knows a friend that knows that MINNO HAVE A WOMENS TEAM & THIS FRIEND OF SOMEONE KNOWS THAT THEY PLAY IN THE CARLTON LEAGUE COMP, HOLD ON IS THIS NOT A COUNTRY RUGBY LEAGUE COMP, IT IS GROUP 7, WHERE DO THEY TRAIN I HOPE THEY TRAIN WITHIN THE GROUP 7 BOUNDRY, "TRAIN & PLAY RULE" IF THIS RULE APPLYS TO EAGLES, ROOS & BULLS THEN IT MUST APPLY TO THIS TEAM AS WELL, IF IT IS THE CASE THAT MINNOS WOMENS TEAM IS ALLOWED TO PLAY IN A CRL COMP WHEN THERE IS A WOMENS COMP IN THE PARRAMATTA COMP WHICH IS NSWRL, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THERE ARE RULES FOR SOME & DIFFERENT RULES FOR OTHERS, I THOUGHT THE SAME RULES APPLIED TOO ALL. IF THE MINNO WOMENS TEAM TRAIN IN CAMPBELLTOWN BUT PLAY IN WOLLONGONG THEN EAGLES, ROOS & BULLS HAVE TO BE ALLOWED TO DO THE SAME & IF NOT THEN WHY NOT. DO WESTS JUST MAKE UP THE RULES AS THEY GO, LOOKS LIKE IT. ALL WESTS HAVE ACHIEVED IS TOO KICK 2 CAMPBELLTOWN SIDES OUT OF THE CAMPBELLTOWN AREA & THESE 2 CLUBS MAY TAKE THERE JUNIORS WITH THEM ONCE THEY ARE SETTLED IN THERE NEW DISTRICT, I FAIL TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE ACHIEVED. |
