Mate you dont the region very well do you!! most people on here have young kids and if you think were going to put them in AFL your kidding yourself!!!
Have alook at the monarch blues champ they were winning comps a plenty in the 1990s and everyone was like oh thats nice good on them BUT since AFL has tried to come in and take over people like myself who used to take interst are just sick of victorians bullying us telling us what our kids are going to do mate it will blow in your face! as you cant shove it down peoples throats and expect eveyone to fall inline!

Considering you claim to drink at the Amby have a look at the trophy cabinet there bud!!! There is no AFL!!

Collies players to group 7 do even know the travel that would be in it!!! yeah i can see them signing up with Batemans bay and Milton Ulladullla they might get petrol money hahahaha

You have no idea!!!

How is the rumour mill, who is training? who is where? I know Club Stewart Ron Cameron has retired from the Ingleburn Bulldogs, a man that should be commended for his great work for so long, sad it came to an unhappy ending, no dogs 2011

Mac Fields players headed to Macarthur University, coached by Mathew Hughes,

Ingleburn RSL Players flocked in numbers to the new Liverpool Titans,

Collies players headed to Group 6 Club, Club known but inside information has asked not to name the club.

On a funnier note, I will be enjoying more dinners and playing the pokies at the Campbelltown RSL.
I've been informed by the Liverpool Titans that no ex Liverpool RSL players have attended any of the titans training sessions to date, and they also wish for it to be clarrified that they are not paying any players and that the have no intention in joining Group 6, they will be playing in Wests DJRLC's 1st and 2nd grade competiitons.

I totally respect your forum Galah and would hate to see further dramas similar to what happened last year, but this is not wikileakes and im not Jullian Ausauge, the so called trumours come from the players it self, Ingleburn RSL has an Oztag team that played a few of the Eagles players last week, they all mentioned they were headed to the Titans,

with the trumour of players getting paid, that has come from our guys that received phone calls from Titans officials offering money, thankfully the players signed with us and are happy at the Eagles, no rumours all trumours! The players that have left the Eagles to go to the Titans were never Eagles boys anyway! :hey:

But for the good of the forum, I will try to keep it level headed! :correct:

Sounds impressive, but illinformed which is far from surprising. Looks like someone is giving you false information or your just trying to stir things up. The Tigers boys are a loyal bunch and DO NOT want to leave the club, cant understand why you're willing to make false accusations about one team but withhold the name of another club

In regards to your comment about Ingleburn RSL players in the oztag comp it's about the only truthful thing you have mentioned about the Tigers as we are there 2 nights a week. So really not that hard a claim to make, you got something right; definite nominee for the encouragement award.

Don't take it from me or the forum, ask your players, they have stated there intensions, use this forum as problem solving for your club, The players also mentioned about an incident regarding your club at the start of the season involving some John Doe's, again how would I know about this, the rumour or trumour is talked by players, I hope your players are loyal, that is rare these days! And you know who I am, contact me, I'll let you know who the players are!

We had a similar problem that was highlighted on this forum about an Eagle player, possibly captain coaching Warriors for 2011, we found the source and reason, and worked out the problem, it came down to a certain coach this player wasn't happy with, problem solved

The sad thing about the seperation of the combined comp is: I could see your club being a possible first/reserve grade club looking after that area, your club was headed in the right direction. anyway good luck for 2011,

any rumours or Trumours are easily solved, wait and see round 1, you will see who is where!

Just because you're saying you know does not mean you're correct. The tigers boys haven't even played the Easts boys in oztag as of yet, you can check that on the oztag draws. I could say that I know Easts will lose all it's players to claymore panthers or that Leumeah wolves will be back but it doesnt make it true.
You say we're going in the right direction, comments saying that the players are flocking in numbers to a new club it creates talk that is not on the slightest way helpful. I don't need to call anyone for more info, I know the truth and I am setting the record straight

spot on preckled fenis, the tigers boys are not going anywhere, and it looks like we are going to field teams in 1st's, 2nd's and U/18's. I have spoken to a few people, even people from the Titans, and no Tigers boys have been there or even approached the Titans. So Blue Devil, you are either stirring the pot or getting feed rubbish from somewhere. I suggest you worry about the Group 6 competition for 2011 and leave us to worry about the Wests competition

I would worry about the Group 6 Competition but you have your people demanding the Eagles and Roos stay in west comp, not bragging but how would you guys feel if the Kangaroos and Eagles had to play in west 1st Grade, would tigers put in a 1st Grade side and come up against the likes of Dunley, Da-Silva, Kennedy, Eggleton, Standing, Harding, Taavali, Moustakas, And many others that have played Bundy Cup and 1st Grade Group 6, how will the competition go then, yeh get your people for the good of the game to let us go and you can have your competition, but have a think, who are you going to play, how many teams will you have, who has started training, there is a real world out there! And some people ain't in it!

Good to hear IRSL are looking strong for next year. Our new neighbours the titans are playing out of Jardine Park at Casula I think. They are made up of mostly Marconi 2010 players, valley 2009 players and a few boys that have left east campbelltown.

They called a few of our players at All Saints but Im hearing they all said thanks but no thanks. They all want to build on last years campaign and stick together for the next few years. Looks like we have locked in our forward pack from 1st and reserve grade with a few old hard heads for good measure. No names yet but looking promising. We have locked down most of the outside backs and have had a few players from the under 18s in 2009 wanting to comeback. Time will tell.

Minto are still training strong and Im also hearing that the bulldogs may not be dead and buried just yet.
Eaglevale will always be competitive, not hearing anything out about Valley but they normally dont start until early in the new year. The fact that Titans picked up the valley players I think will mean it will be very difficult for valley to field a side.
LCC have been quiet too but they will defintely have the 2 under 18 sides. Most of the Hinchinbrook boys are back and Mac Fields will also have a side and possibly two.

Mr Blue Devil, Look out for Mr Luke Turner, I think you have got a real good player on your hands. Lots of skill and very big and strong. Will certainly be an asset out wide when the game is on the line.
I heard Drew Dalton was going to C City but I know a few of the boys who played with him at Mounties and they said an I quote "Dont beleive every rumour you hear".

Preseason for all saints starts on 11th of January and I know the coaching staff have everything ready for a big year. What ever happens next year, Im certainly looking forward to an intersting 2011.

Well Eaglevale have had our first roll up. about 30 players all up. We were very pleased with the turn up and most so about the interest from 2 former juniors who are returning to the club who will provide us with plenty of grunt and spark.

We are confident of having a good side, Our training will start on the 18th of Jan.

Agree Highlander, Don't see the need for the negative attitude by certain people, each comp has gone its own way and despite how you feel about it everyone needs to just get on with what we are here for...

Good one you had 30 players turn up for your first roll up, but you don't
start until 18 Jan, so the 30 you had turn up were the fantasy players to
go with your fantasy comp.
Just because we havent started training doesnt mean we havent had a meet up troll..

Seriously you need to go and find yourself a gAyFL forum, because you seriously arent wanted around here....

I guess the problem you will face with AFL mate, is people would rather Senior Rugby League in our area be small scale or even "dying", than even acknowledge the existence of AFL.

The fact that we can even have a forum dedicated to our sport in our small part the world should speak volumes to you about where Rugby League stands.

And the grassroots? have you ever actually spoken to these children? Every kid in South-West Sydney wants to be the next "Benji", how many can actually name an AFL player? AFL constantly uses their Auskick numbers to try and show how much grassroots work they are doing. They count every kid that gets put through an Auskick program at school as an AFL player. How many of them turn into registered players? AFL's real numbers (outside of melbourne which I will give you) are laughable.

Did you know Rugby League is the only sport in Australia that only counts actual registered players playing in affiliated competitions? Look at touch football (the number two sport in this country - only to swimming) oztag, and our own Kids to Kangaroos programs. If Rugby League wanted to sway the numbers like AFL do, there would be no contest.

Rugby League has nothing to worry about - most of all in its heartland. People only speak negatively about the sport in this area because we care. Rugby League has the ability to be as big as it wants, and the people who frequent this site just want to push for that.

All the negativity you see isn't really negativity at all. It's hope, it's passion. Something you seem to obviously see within your own game, so why is it so confusing to you to recognize it from people that dedicate themselves to Rugby League?

But I guess all in all - a troll is a troll, so I won't waste any more time.

Enough of the AFL do-do, it's bad enough that we have to read about it ever week in the local paper, this is a League forum and yes there is a massive threat from AFL, but at the end of the day, let's discuss league

You did use the word _ _ _, look at your 4th sentance, with the commision, heard it all before, it won't do do-do! There was suppose to be an independant commision on the seperation of the combined competition, where did that go? the fact is our sport is in trouble as we have paid employees that don't have a love for the game, they use to, but now it's just a job, Egos get bruised and instead of letting clubs improve and move forward, they do there best to pull clubs backwards taking the game backwards, us and city are a perfect example, why not let us move forward and in the future it wouldn't hurt to have a rellegation system where Wests clubs can advance to G6 and if us and city struggle we can drop back to Wests, at least it gives Campbelltown a higher level of League instead of West AGrade. Again personal agenders are involved and they don't care about the game, Am I right?
