RSL and All Saints are playing a reserve grade trial at Hillier on Sunday 3pm kick off, and RSL 1st grade are trying to organise a ref so they can trial All Saints 1st grade for a 4:30pm kick off.

We had more numbers show up last night, for both grades, so 2nd grade is now full with 25 players, and 1st grade has about 20-22 players so numbers look good at RSL, and will be putting 2 sides on the paddock in the 2011 season. Ingleburn's 1st grade coach is Paul Mattar, and the squad is much the same as lasts years RSL A grade side, with a few new players thrown into the mix with David Jackson and Jake Barnes coming to us from Bulldogs, and a few past players from the years gone by.

RSL's 2nd grade coach is Matt Hirst, and the squad is a mix of players from last years U/18's and some older heads returning to the club. 2nd grade has managed to get a couple of players return from Mounties C grade last year in Wade Taylor and Jai Gard, both of which previously played for the club, and also Ryan Bradshaw from Easts coming back to the club he started at as a junior.

Both teams are looking forward to round 1 and hope to suprise a lot of critics the club has had over time. Of course there has been hic-cups along the way, but that's life.

Lets hope that at the end of the day, Rugby League is the winner and all the negativity stops.

Let bygones be bygones, and let both competitions co-exsist, as we should be working together to stop AFL, not fighting against each other.
best comment of the day!!!
cheers  highlander
by reading this forum of late i think if wests let the 2 clubs that have gone there merry way and let em stay and represent the area the are from i am sure this forum would be half teh size of pages it is now
for gee wizzers let teh bludgers go in peace we have a comp and should be proud of it 5 team or whatever it is who cares if 2 teams wanna play somewhere else let em and lets get on with it i say :correct:

Hate to ruin your day Houso Robbo, but yeah he came from the Eagles, won a 1st Div premiership at under 13's, good young man back then and his team he played in as a junior, 5 members of that team play in our 1st Grade, great effort!

is this rent a crowd, Hi where have you been, all of a sudden you come out of no where, bagging every one &
everything, your comp must be in great shape to do this, yes i have bagged the wests comp &
with good reason, do i want it to fail, no i dont i live here my sons play football here, so do i want the wests comp
to fail no i dont, but the board have spent so much time trying too stop the eagles, roos & bulls, that they have not only let there other senior clubs down they have also let down there juniors, there new club has created a lot of resentment junior numbers are down in some
clubs, but apparently numbers are up with city & easts, go figure.

Right thats it.....

No more trolling the forum with all the do-do.. Sick of coming on here and having 20-30 posts of total jibberish and back and forth arguing...

So its simple from here on.. Keep spamming/Trolling then expect to get a holiday from the forum. This is meant to be for the Wests Senior Comp, not a place to air your personal grievances or have a spat with someone.

IT STOPS NOW!!!!

you hit it right on the sweet spot higlander but take in account most wests clubs teams are from areas of high houso as the devil calls us regions like the valley macfileds claymore airds rosie meadows minno ingleburn ambarvale and when you put em all in a comp playing footy you gonna get the odd dust up know and then its how the boys are raised we dont cop rubbish and love dishen up some curry just how it is brother we love a stink
my opionion games gone soft we need some knuckle and ill take me west comp with some knuckle anyday over a redneck love tap lets have a cuddle a thon  just my opionion bruz the valley claymore minno teams of the 90's were feared and dominated the opposition and won plnty a comps from it its teh way of the west we love a scrap :correct:

anyhow enough talkin bout the old days im getting excited so when someone gonna give us an update on what we got last week this bllody site was singing a tune about we excited cant wait bring it bla bla bla so bring it wheres the comp enough huff and puff take burners lead and gives us some whoha ya mugs  ive said enough to many :drink: :drink:time for some more and watch bungy carve the faders hey devil i bet benji is an easts junior to hey ;)

ESA Season Preview

ESA have a strong A grade, Winning the plate final in the 9's comp and Runners up in the Pre season comp, it shows our commitment to training and each other is paying off. With a mix of 5 or 6 of last years side and 3 of last years 18's stepping up added with some returning juniors from Mounties, St Marys, Cabramatta, Campbelltown City and a couple new boys the team is realitively a new side, with mateship being a common factor. At the helm(captain coach) is talk-o-holic Dennis Hellyer with Con Spanos and Brendon Goff assisting, The players to watch are Abraham Pritchard, Tunui Maurangi, Solomona Fainifo and Steve Faoagali.. A grade are proudly sponsored by Trevelle Homes, Raby Tavern and Body Tuning..

The Reserve grade side will be also a very strong side, being runners up in the cup at the 9"s, with alot of last years squad and once again returning juniors with some 18's mixed in with some newby's. They are coached by Ina Gessi & Eric Cole. Ina was one of our best forwards last season. The players who will steer this side around Brendan Coppola, Shannon Cole and there big hitting pack led by Benny Lila and his henchman.. Reserve Grade are proudly sponsored by Top Gun Painting and Decorating and Raby Tavern..

Geez, Solomona was in the ACT Brumbies system 3-4 years ago, his brothers still there, I think was playing 1st grade rugby at Penrith too, that's a bit of a drop :letmesee: .

Good for ESA though.
