For those interested in having a Group 6 specific avatar (picture under your user name) please check out the ones I have added to the inbuilt collection.

at the top of the page go to:
- "Preferences"
- "Change Avatar"
- Click on the Group 6 folder
- Then click on the new Avatar you want :correct:
Good stuff galahs. :correct: however you are missing a logo, Bowral Blues, highlander will be most upset

Having the users here on the forum showing their team colours with their avatar is a good idea and hopefully be embraced by all.

Thanks Disco Stu, I assume with the Mossy jersey as your avatar you support the Dragons, have they had any new players sign or have they resigned the bulk or all of their blokes from last year? As they had a few imports and a few old boys come back.

I am sure a fair few people who view this forum have links to clubs in the Group 6 or Wests competitions. There was talk Drew Dalton and his brother are aligned with the Kangaroos, is this still the case? That would add to the list. :correct:

Is there a way you can donate to ensure that this forum stays financially viable? I would hate to see this go the way of the Web of Steel, which was a great source of tracking player signings and match reports. :agree:

From rumors i have heard Drew & Anthony Dalton are a done deals for city, with several other mounties player
interested in following Drew, but points will hamper this.

It will be interesting in the lower grades, will be some cracking games in all grades, but i think we should not forget Oakdale, how strong were they in 2010, and best of all it only 84 more sleeps to kick off proper.
Forget about Oakdale. Rumour has it their coach is too lazy to break into his school holidays to even begin training before February.
One of their front rowers is beginning to look like cricketer Mark Cosgrove.

Macarthur Bulls would like to annouce thier involment with Father Rileys Youth of the streets programe where the club will be holding a fund riasing family picnic day for the programe by way of providing jumping castles and a touch football tournament held at James Meehan HS where teams will donate to enter and will be running raffels on the day with all proceeds to go towards the programe, also the club will be inviting youth in the Macarthur area in the programe to attend our training to learn rugby league skills and also invited to attend all home games for a bbq and day out at the footy - anyone interested in donating please go to www.youthoffthestreets.com.au or email info@youthoffthestreets.com.au - whatever can be done to get youth off the streets is a great thing to be part off and the Bulls are honoured to be of assistance.

Yes, Thirlmere & The Oaks were perfect examples of that having very similar strips.

The only thing i would have liked to see you guys have done was based yourself behind a town so to speak that could have given an oppotunity for a "Jnr club " in the future. Say douglas park for example or cobbity/oran park.

Just an opinion!!

TC i suggest you take care of your own mob before judging the strength of Oakdale and it's coaching ability, What Reeves has forgotten about the game will take you two life-times to learn

Rooke, looking forward to seeing the Bulls get in, good luck. I would see some opposition from Narellan, Mt Annan and Camden possibly if you do try to set up in Oran Park as they would lose juniors. Catherine Field could be a possibility as it was where Narellan started and have shifted to where they are now, it would give you good access to Kearns, Raby, St Andrews, Eschol Park if there is no Wests comp. The Uni fileds are ordinary so some cash would need to be spent to stay there.

Any thoughts?

LOL Drive out to UWS and say they are ordinary!!

the amount of cash the uni has pumped into both grounds is somthing most councils couldnt even dream of!! The old field has been top dressed fuly fenced with new change rooms being built as we speak.

The Uni is in Wests district anyway.

ah Camden-nite,
I'm Oakdale til i die.
You haven't been paying any attention to what goes on around here.
And your right, what Reeves has forgotten about the game is concerning.
All tongue in cheek, just playing down the hand we have
