It's the highest level of footy you last played at , hence why tc 6-11 was asking if he is a local junior or played the majority of his jnrs with easts as regardless of what level he makes it too, if he's a local jnr he's only 2 points. |

Campbelltown Eagles 34 The Oaks 20 (I think) in a mistake riddled game. The Oaks Roland Gloss sent off not long before the end for a discrepancy in a scrum (thats the nice way of putting it) This had to have been the coldest, windiest game I have been to all year. |

This years comp never ceases to amaze, so many surprise scores, demonstrating the closeness of the competition. Top 5 looks almost set to me. with only the minor premiership up for grabs. Great effort from narellan to beat thirlmere, and mossy put cleaners through camden. Workers were missing 7 first graders and still beat city today. The comp is wide open.. I just wish the local papers would recognise the best semi professional comp in the region (bar none!) and give it its deserved coverage! At the moment the exposure in these various media leaves a lot to be desired! |

I couldn't be happier or prouder of our boys than yesterday. The Workers, with 7 first graders missing managed to beat Campbelltown City Roos. It was a very inspiring performance, and one that if we can repeat this weekend against Camden will give us a lot of belief running into the finals. Mossy beating Camden, congrats to Mossy, they threw a lot at us in the first half last week, and the only doubts i had about them beating Camden would have been ther own self belief. Must say i never saw Narellan beating Thirlmere coming. That is a big shock |

I must admit, the games we are seeing and the scorelines and upsets everyweek is making this competition by far one of the best semi-proffesional comps in NSW, it justifies the move for the Eagles and Roos not only for our clubs but for the game in the Macarthur area. and that is in all Grades.

The information you needed for Tom Morrison sourced from his father, started playing in the under 13's for Collies and played there till he was 15, he moved to East Campbelltown in 2007 when he played for us in the 16's and then 2008 and 2009 in the under 18's, in 2010 he played Reserve Grade and 1st Grade and know 2011 he is playing 1st Grade again, reading the rules below he is a 2 point player, and going off our last 5 or 6 games we have been well under the points systen with all Grades, Category – E2 POINTS – Per player •Locally developed players and local players returning to their Junior Club regardless of status or grade previous. Note – Definition of a local player; •where a player commenced his rugby league participation from under 6’s to under 16’s•Majority of years played at junior club – under 6’s to under 16’s •Should the majority be equal between clubs – Local Club will be deemed the players’ first registered club•3 Consecutive years with the club – Under 18’s and above It would seem to me with this rule definition above that it would class him as a 2 point player.

BD, i like the transparency, you guys really try hard to show your honesty. Did he play any games elsewhere this year or last? Because by definition he is a Collies Junior, you guys get him as 2 point status only because of his consecutive service. You forfeit his 2 point status when he leaves. |

TC is essentially correct but their are a couple more things that would need to be considered before determining his points status. He is definately not a local junior but does have the consecutive years with Eagles. Therefore as his last year for Eagles was 2010 then 2 things need to be looked at. 1. Did he take the field for Roosters in the NYC Comp? If he didn't then he comes back with one other question. 2. Did he play for any other side between the end of last year and now. If he only trained with them, then as he came back before June 30 then his service would not be considered broken. If he played NYC and for another club I believe he is a 40 point player If he did not play NYC but played for another club outside G6 then he is a 10 point player. If he did not play NYC and did not play for another club (eg trained only with Roosters and trial games dont count) then he would still be a 2 point player. Whoops, Didn't know about the dual registration, unsure how that works then. but if he never left on paper then he hasn't broken his service which would normally bring a 40 point player back to 2 points.

Eagles fielded 272 points in 3 grades 18s, res, 1sts and I believe you are allowed 350 points with 18s |

You are on the ball Maverick we have been well under the posts for most the year, we new the amount of 40 point players we could maintain, and with the duel Registrations, he has been registered for our club for the past 5 years, weather he is 40 or 2 we will fit him in the points, we got rid of Stanley Waqa remember and he cleared 40 points for us.
