It would only be a small minority that are complaining and If they are tell them to grow some bigger ones, Bulldogs aren't complaining and they got smacked today.
thats great mav but tell me if your young blokes team gets em in the g6 and gets 50 put em will they all be still happy to play em and back up again next year for the same treatment You'll probably find that even last year in the combined comp teams like all saints & bulldogs in 1st grade were getting 50-80 points put on them by the top teams. You'll only get better by playing better opposition

Just heard Minto A-Grade have had to forfeit this weekend due to some personal issues affecting a fair few of their players. Prayers are with the Minto boys and their families.
There was a sad loss of a brother to a Minto player, but I think there is more to it, Neddy has had enough and was out checking out a group 6 club last week, his exact words to me personally, "I'm finished, I've had enough"
thats sad news for those boys hope they bounce back and whats this about neddy fence sitter his they captain aint he he should be standing by the boys in hard times not looking at walking out on em
must be more to it mate cobras where odds on to win everything this year and with th looses and now the tradgic incident and now neddy thing lets hope they can find that early form once again and pump the tigers team old school style defiently heard wrong neddy is not going no where team will be playing next week you can count on it ....

thats great mav but tell me if your young blokes team gets em in the g6 and gets 50 put em will they all be still happy to play em and back up again next year for the same treatment My young blokes team copped that last year from G6 sides many times (we had I think 88 put on us one game) but if the combined comp had not folded they would have backed up again this year and the year after that and would of became competitive sooner or later by continually playing at that level.
So if the Tigers are the benchmark to aim for this year or next, then use that playing experience gained from playing them, against other sides of similiar strength in your own competition and grow from it.

heard the mighty wests tigers put 60 on bulldogs today robbos game plan must a went out the window
Well for a fact they put 52 on us and to be honest it was gonna be a hard game for any one but even harder for us as we have not had the same liberty of training since Feb like all others and only 3 training nights so as far as I can see Bulldogs did well and never piked out. We were never going to match that fitness with 3 trainings but VERY clear we have guts and kept with the other clubs who have played the WT. VERY proud of the dogs they showed a whole lot in this game AND this should not be taken from them by small minded people. rosie all saints score has 60-8 are you subtracting your 8 points and getting 52 point on you 60 as robbo siad always on the money cobba

Mate this is a new day and a much better and gutsier team and staff. To go down by 52 with only 3 training nights and no real time to test who can do what or train people who have never played . I say shame to other teams who have been training longer and the ability to know and did the same. The Bulldogs never said call it enough SO DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR US we are stronger for the opportunity to play the WT. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and question how does this help and suck it up as we did!!!!!
Mate, I don't feel sorry for you at all, totally the opposite, who in their right mind would enter a A Grade team in Round 6, you guys will get what you deserve, not ground work pre season, where other clubs have been doing the hard yards and you amazingly turn up, with no help from JL, not the way to run a senior club! Not the way to run a senior comp!
You know what fence yes we had nothing to start with but managed to pull not one but two teams late in, despite the G 6 do-do and people. Other teams are struggling and you come back with no way to run a senior team. Well mate we run it and WE front for our games even though we are way behind the eight ball and we know we have little chance but we still do it for the love of the game. SO what does that say??????????????????????????????????????????? Very easy to be critical but try it. Never say never as you all use so often.
pretty easy realy rosie when one club defects to another well at least 1 team from that club anyway and despite what you deny or write on here alot of the players are still telling anyway who cares its free regos you will once again deny it but fact is players are spitting it my friend great affort v the tigers whos next to be whipped by em Robbo thanks for the heads up will be sure to take some cotton tips to training.

Great write up in the Chronicle, what about the quote "given the expansion in that area, we want to make sure Rugby League is not hindered by boundaries and barriers" does that make sence? I think he should say that to the Roos and Eagles, also the comment "best interest in the game and players" 400 seniors leaving your area shows what the players want, that comments Hardly Smart!

Rose Tattoo, you talk for your players, have you ever taken a ball up? You ever put on a pair of footy boots, will your players continue to turn up getting flogged everyweek? Bulldogs have a history of not turning up to train, wait for the cold miserable nights to come and see how you are going? Could be a one month wonder! Well Fence yes I have strapped on a pair of footy boots and yes I have taken a ball up, probably not in the same way, right up until the powers above decided I was no longer allowed to. Thanks for the history lesson, I already knew, however there is new staff and therefore a different vibe going out top that off with a totally different type of player. So I fail to see how the old players and staff can have a bearing on these 2 teams I would appreciate it if you would not put them in the same basket as they say. Like any team that has seniors we hope for the best and deal with the fall out to our best so who knows these are young men with jobs and families so as with all these teams we will have to see.

Anything about this weeks games, nothing in the local papers, JL should pay someone to do PR, they should contact Roos and Eagles and ask how to do it!

Whats going on this week? Who playing who? I read All Saints is playing Mino, any other games, Who does ESA have Mad Tiger? And what about concord warriors? Who are they going to put 60 on this week, Concord Warriors would be a good side for Group 6, I will have to phone my best mate Rodgers and see if it's an option!

It doesn't matter which side of the fence you are on, but if any of the local players, coaches or fans of football want watch the best level of football played in G6, then you can do no better than going to Oakdale (Sid Sharpe Oval- Behind the Workers Club), Saturday for a 3.30pm K.O. Eagles V Oakdale. This as good as it gets in local football, with some fiery encounters expected as pay back for the last game.
