The west A Grade has gone backwards, look at Tigers, concord, ruse, Warriors and Ingleburn/ iusetobe RSL Bulldogs on the weekend, 9 aside each and the game finished at half time, both forfeits last week, 3 18's forfeit this week, what is that? A game was talked about at Ashcroft and last minute changed, nothing on this forum or JL website at where the games are, it's a bloody mess and we have 4 clubs that say, oh yeh this is great and Fatcat that raves about it but can't get his tigers players to show, need I say more! It's not JL fault, it's the clubs that have done this!
No one has tried to say that it is perfect. But it is what we have and it will get better again next year. While you and all your cronies can continue to bag what we have, remember we weren't offered a part combined comp like yourselves. Anyway we are where we are, we like training and playing at our real home ground.
Hey Bobdown, has any club been knocked back by Group 6, NO, and we approached them to give our guys a great competition to play in, everything has worked for the better and look at the Kangaroos knocking off Thirlmere on the weekend, you must of cried when you seen that result so its not a fact of being offered, its a matter of getting of your arse and seeking whats best. By the way, your Ruse Tigers are looking great, its a reflection of your good work
It's little wonder your friends in footy are few and far between. You're now Group 6's problem. Should try Group 6 some time, Clubs get on really well and give you great support, loving it and its a problem group 6 seems to be loving at the moment, this year looks to be one of the best Group 6 seasons ever and we have you to thank for that, and with my popularity, well a fair few of your clubs have been phoning me of late, not bad since im not popular

The only speaking up I am going to do at the moment is about the 18's, I agree 3 forfeits in the 18's is pretty bad and I have to wonder why are the same teams doing it so much, could it be that they are trying to guarantee themselves a spot in the bottom 4 when they get divided up so they have a shot at winning 2nd division ????

Both 18's were forfeits and I have nothing to do with titans mate!
So they split the 18's in 2 Divisions of 4 and they still have 2 Forfiets, this isn't good! I think the 18's have had enough and when you see Narellan, Camden and Thilrmere full of Wests junior 18's, you can understand it! I just checked out the group 6 18's Draw, and Kangaroos and Eagles haven't had a forfeit for or against all year, no doubt there clubs done what's best for there players, good on them! Can I ask what teams were schedualled to play at Ashcroft?
Hinchinbrook forfeited to ESA 18/2's, dont know of any other 18's forfeit. ESA 18/1's beat collies 28-14 Sorry got it wrong (Don't anyone tell my hubby though, cause I am never wrong) our 18/2's had a bye, Hinchinbrook forfeited to someone else.

Guess what? Wests could play 9 a side in every grade, still have a viable comp and most importantly keep you and your mates out in Group 6!

The thing is Fatcat, you cannot even play a full game, what about Mino and Titans punching on and the game getting stopped with 10 minutes to go, and I bet you it's a case of Titans blaming Mino, what happened Charlie, you expressed your views regarding Mino before! But was it the Hinchinbrook boys giving some back!

But was it the Hinchinbrook boys giving some back! The Liverpool Titans seem to also have an issue with on field behaviour! It takes two to tango, I don't think Minto is all the problem week in week out! These incidents are not helping get a combined competition back on the map, The WSDJRL has some disipline issues with certain clubs and until addressed it does'nt look as if the other guys will want to combined until the problem with disipline are irraticated! Just my thoughts.

Argeed Warriors78, A mid season report on the progression of the competition and future plans would be well recieved! Lack of publicity is not assisting the WSDJRL senior competition.
Both local papers are full of stories of the Cambelltown Eagles and Cambelltown Kangaroos, Yet nothing of the locally based competition which is in dire need of good publicity.
Be good to see a club member post up an updated report given the lack of local media interest!!

Bobdown, me and my mates intend to stay out at Group 6, why would we ever come back, we fought this hard to get there in the first place and you think we will say, we want to come back I cant see the combined comp happening again and its not my concern, my concerns are playing in a stable clean competition and our guys are loving it! Watch the footage Mavrick puts up and you will see where we are coming from.

wheels fallen off west concord tiger warriors had 3 u/20s yesterday i hope concentrate on winning the reggies now
Warrior 78, I hear you guys want to pull out of the A Grade now, a few players whinging hey!
And Dad told me this weeks ago, Tigers players refusing to play in a perthetic competition and real Warriors players refusing to play A Grade, what about that one Fatcat? Your own team can't turn up, and Bulldogs pulling the pin before time, Coaching staff at Bulldogs also going to pull the pin, down to four teams, great work JL and Fatcat! what do you expect from the idiots running this comp.....maybe its time for a change, have someone without personal vendetta's running the comp...Im pretty sure, this comp will lose many more players to group 6 next year and there's no one to blame but the JL..

That's funny!

Tell us Bobdown, what is so good about it, you dont have much support backing you, all gone quite is it the premier facilities you play at? is it the competitive teams you have? is it the decipline the comp has? is it the massive crowds? is it the forfiets? is it the teams that turn up with 9 players? I cant work it out, maybe the clubs in it this year can tell everyone how good it is.

so is that right? concord & ingleburn played 9 a side? but ingleburn played the reggies game 3 forfeits in the 18s? surely it couldnt get worse? its time for mad tiger all saint burner footy mum to speak up on here & tell us what they really think can someone gives us a mid season report on the comp?
Guess what? Wests could play 9 a side in every grade, still have a viable comp and most importantly keep you and your mates out in Group 6! Bobcat thats really positive talk for the clubs in the JL having a dig want to hear, you seem to just want a comp at all costs no matter what the standard is so you can keep the ctown clubs in group 6 out of the area when in fact they dont want to even come back 9 a side comp wow mate thats great for ESA,Titans,All Saints that are doing well you dont seem to care what they have to play as long as you get what you want which is a personal agenda with clubs not even in your comp this post from you shows what your all about and its a sad state of affairs that you think like that and your agendas are getting in the way of the developement of the standard of footy in this area
its really dissapointing agendas get in the way of what the game is all about you have clubs representing there area yet you for some reason cant stand to see them succeed because they chose a diffrent direction and do all you can to make sure they try to fail and for what be proud of them they are keeping 200 odd players playing the game who cares where they play or even train as long as we have numbers playing the game

wheels fallen off west concord tiger warriors had 3 u/20s yesterday i hope concentrate on winning the reggies now
Warrior 78, I hear you guys want to pull out of the A Grade now, a few players whinging hey!
And what club are you from Magpie101? Just found out your from ESA club, it sounds like you guys are done and dusted playing JL seniors, I'm surprised you haven't been gagged like other members from ESA, Mad Tiger, Parra and Footy mum, all scared to speak up! That's funny! Don't know where you get all your information from Fencesitter, but please get your facts right
we have not been gagged and we are not scared to speak up.
The JL competition is not run by this forum, nor do everybodies opinions on here make a god dam difference to what happens on the fields each week. I work my arse off for my club and my job is to help run one of the biggest clubs in our district not to sit on here sticking up for ESA or JL everytime someone has a bitch about them, god forbid i would be on here all the bloody time..
I have stopped commenting on here so much as lately most of the post and comments have become personal attacks on individuals and clubs and less about the football that is being played, honestly if I wanted to sit around all the time and be involved in a bitch session i would have coffee with the girls.
We are getting into the hard part of the season now making sure our teams are still there at the end so how about you all let ESA, All Saints, LCC, Bulldogs and all our other JL clubs worry about where we will be and what competition we have or are in next year to us.
City and East you have all done what you considered best for your clubs and congratulations it has paid off for you and I am glad your players are enjoying their footy out there at Group 6. So please back off now and let us do what we consider best for ours.

Be good to see a club member post up an updated report given the lack of local media interest!! the local rags are all plastered with city or easts stories & pictures there websites are spot on and we can't even get a lousy match report on here about minto v titans top of the table all saint is the only one pushing the barrow but even he will get tired I reckon when all saints play minto in the GF for the 7th time this season
