ill kick of by stating the jl run wests senior comp has turned into a complete circus these days its in to round 5 and looking for a 6th team to keep the comp alive there ceo came out and told everyone they had a strong and vibrant competition and tehn had to add a wests tigers team to even get it under way also propping up weaker teams with nsw cup players to stay alive i feel for teh actual clubs having a go they have been let down for staying loyal and deserve better footy for their players i see g6 is thriving this year and the ctown clubs are all doing really well as are the 100 odd other players at g6 clubs who transfered from wests clubs to play in a good clean comp so far the jl has had fights head butts send offs forfiets so you can see why it is struggling big time young players worth thier salt or players looking for cean good footy will head to g6 i predict the wests jl senior comp will fall over next year and all players will flock to other comps next year only resolution is a combined comp for the ctown area but is unlikely to happen and will see once again teh dimise of teh jl senior footy and most clubs which is a sad state of affairs and really erks me that we can get it right the jnrs seem to do so well yet at senior level it always fails year after after decade after decade thats teh yobbo's say on it anyway please feel free to add what you think guys |

May 3 2011, 03:35 AM footyblokeMay 2 2011, 05:18 PM Why do people think you can just send teams to different competitions depending on the quality of football? It has never happened before when a competition is played in the teams 'native' area. From what i understand, ESA 1's have enough trouble turning up on time at games 10 minutes away. Good luck turning up to games in the canterbury area or the parra area. It would not be the best for the players themselves.Funny that esa 1's have only had 2 games so far, one home and they were all there on time, and one away where they also turned up on time to play. and people should be able to think that teams be sent to different competitions if there is not a competitive comp available for them in their own district. spot on footy mum you should talk to your club and get a petition going to have the boys put in a stronger comp and its has happened before 18s have played in a combined comp with balmain st geogre and caterbury my young bloke played in a combined 18s with aschroft many years ago but knowing the jl they will not allow the esa boys to go as they will say they have a strong viable comp for them similar to what easts and city where told and look at them now maybe something that should have been pursued by esa as well |

more then likeley the res will become the a grade i personally believed they would always struggle for 2 grades give last year most sides only had 3rd grade teams anyhow and they may just run 1 grade and push em all up who knows its all over the shop with that mob you can see why g6 couldnt work at it for a combined comp to continue and going by the success of g6 now id doubt they ever will entertain the idea ever again and its a shame for clubs like esa they deserve better just a shame how it all panned out i guess can see a few new g6 sides form next year possibly bargo and douglas park and cobbity being thrown around the bulls have shown it can be done

Most of you blokes make me sick. You wonder why footy in the area is dead with imbociles like you involved trying to pull everyone down to make yourselves sleep better at night. like I have said before, if you wanted Rugby League to be the winner, you would look for the best and do things to promote it in our area. And this doesn't mean asking for previews, and then going back to bagging the comp. Nor does it mean saying rah rah we would love to be nice, but the junior league sucks. Again, it doesn't mean saying easts and bulls and city are going well, stick it to wests etc etc. Have a bloody good look at yourselves and maybe ask what is one thing you can do to improve the game.... i know what one thing you could do would be, but I'll leave it to you blokes to decide whether to do it. |

Maybe theres one thing you could do to improve the game, give your self the sack and get the combined competition back together! that is the only way, strong and vibrant hasnt worked out here for 15 years. the combined comp was the only thing that worked and the results speak for itself. Looking at the results, East, Bulls and City looks and sounds like they are having a blast, I cant see anything negative on the group 6 forum regarding all 3 clubs, just good footy talk.

Wrong this has happened before! good teams have been given the go ahead to play other areas as they are to strong, Warriors I think 2005, All Saints could of been 2004 and ESA done it many years ago playing in a Parra comp, Eagles and Roos leaving has saved this comp, if they where here who would enter a 1st grade team, no one, you would have 2 first Grade and 10 Reserve Grade, just the truth and the facts, can All Saints confirm when your guys played in another area. |

We have improved the game, ask our players, officials and supporters that travel to watch great footy each weekend, we are even surprised in the crowds we are attracting, its a shame our improvement is not seen in Campbelltown but thats not our fault is it! so who's fault is it? City Bulls and Eagles all doing well but Campbelltown footy isnt, so who's fault is that! Have a good look at yourself Footy Bloke, can you sleep at night?

Lets say our club house is a bit like "the back page" on fox sports. Mick Robbo can be mike gibson, someone who is old and past his prime, you can be billy birmingham as you are obviously a comedian, fence sitter can be paul kent, someone who always has the facts because his dad tells him and 7itch can be andrew moore as they have the same girth. And no drinking on set |
