how good was it yesterday at kirkham 3 great games of good tough footy with the roo's having a win in the 18s, a draw in reserves & a very good win in first grade, & how good to see 2 18 yr olds roos players going to the panthers u20s, good luck to both, who said these kids wouldnt have a future in group 6 & with 5 nrl clubs having there player scouts at roos camden game there might be a lot more players getting a crack & if there are scouts at our game there would be at other grounds as well, this fantastic comp just keeps getting better.

on the article in the chronicle today regarding the proposed combined comp there was a comment from the jl that g6 had voted but there govening body hadnt the CRL who lets be honest is run by NSWRL who are pushing for a combined comp next year the only thing is g6 dont want it and the clubs from what i hear run the comp out there and wont have a bar of it being told what to do by an independent
g6 is thriving and the jl is dying a slow death so its common sense why g6 are going it alone i can see a big dodo fight as NSWRL and wests tigers tries to muscle in on the area but g6 clubs wont budge and will have it thier way in the end volunteers will never be dictated to out there something soem jl clubs need to take a message from

We have another one of our boys getting looked at for the Bulldogs, I dont care who looks at them as long as they get opportunities, Look at Tim Lafai from our club last year, debut for the Bulldogs this year,Thats the best result when you work hard to give players an opportunity.

Cant agree with that one Mick. Wests would have Campbelltown sides back tomorrow if they would come back. It makes a viable comp then, without West Tigers. The Campbelltown sides dont want to come back under the current system. They also need the current opposition sides to play, to remain playing at the level they are playing at now. no chance of playing in the jl what so ever i meant allowed back in to train and play at thier grounds as they should be and if no viable jl under 5 teams then they should be allowed back in to thier home grounds
