I heard his not playing had a fall out with some players on a night out and like the collies thing just what I'm hearing down locals don't quote me on it
No pROB Westie, just thought i'd let you know what I knew of it. By the way he was the coach of 3rd grade at collies when they were there in 2010, he hasn't played in a long while himself and was not a part of the collies fateful night out. Haven' t heard of any such falling out as such.
Appinboyz i think westie is referring to 40 point player Pita...no falling out with our club...I believe he has family issues he needs to sought, he only played 9 out of the 18 club games with us in 2011 and he has not signed with our club as yet for 2012... Appin have 3 Major sponsors who will be revealed on our all new updated and renovated web page shortly, in the process of much needed facelift ...these sponsors are there as they want to see our club grow not because Pita may or may not be playing for our club in 2012. even though we do hope he does comit fully to our club and remain for next season... On the grape vine talks of a club house built on top of existing club house by local buisnesses (something similar to what picton have) is on the cards for 2013 and council has not said no to a fence. All this rides on Appin growing and stepping up..s Appin are still looking for more players to play for our club next season 1st reserves and 18s and are presently in talks with a couple of profile players..if you know of anyone looking for a club or a comp to play in please send them our way. vickiomullane@live.com.au or 0423 973 946.. yep doggies girl correct. now they have answers to two things instead of one. thanks for correcting me, soz westie just read into it wrong. in the end you have your answer.

I had a little birdie (who sits high up on the grapevine) tell me that a certain black/white/orange entity brought in a fellow this year with plans to groom him to step up and rescue west's senior comp by taking on the top job. He did quite a few "PR" visits to clubs on the other side of the hill, to try and smooth the waters but that wasn't very successful. He is yet to provide "the powers that be" with any results from his fact finding mission.

Good news for you Wests Magpies supporters out there, Worrying times for the club with people saying its over and a scare of not recieving funding for 2012, Wests have got the funding needed but a change with great club men Steve Reeves and Leo asked to move on, new plans that may see them in a new area with new ideas that may keep them afloat for many years to come, sounds like the wheels are in motion.

What a great night for the Eagles, thanks for everyone that attended.
http://macarthur-chronicle-campbelltown.whereilive.com.au/sport/story/east-campbelltown-eagles-junior-rugby-league-club-celebrate-50-years/
MORE than 200 people celebrated the 50th anniversary of East Campbelltown Eagles Junior Rugby League Club at a special birthday night at Campbelltown RSL Club on October 29.
While spirits were high with grand final stories, games that “got away” and players with the most talent, the announcement of the club’s “Team of the Half Century” captured everyone’s attention.
The most talented and skilful players to pull on the red and white jersey were honoured, with 15 of the 17 in attendance and honoured to sign a limited-edition print and anniversary jersey.
The team was: Jarryd Hayne, Damien Mostyn, Tim Lafai, Stephen Harding, Peni Tagive, Michael Benson, Daniel Draper, Roy Friend, Jarryd Eggleton, Sean Fitzgerald, Dave Tuxford, Pat Vidal, John Da Silva, Will Mataka, Ravi Prakash, Wayne Smithers and Wayde Dunley.
Presentations were also made on the night to the Don Young-coached team from the 1970s and the 2001 and 2007 grand final teams.
Former Eagles president Andrew Ingram considered himself the winner of the night with a successful bid for the honour of being the club’s No.1 supporter.
Club president Daniel Draper said it was a great night. “It was good to see people make the trek from as far away as Queensland,” he said.

Dad told me that the Livo Titans fellah desperate to keep a senior team for 2012 since the mass exodus of his 2011 team roster, has approached ESA to try and poach the left over players that hasn't run off to the Bulls, Titans will struggle to get a team in 2012, but Dads contacts had said that the JL has already conceded that they may struggle to get a comp in 2012, and with Penrith and Bulldogs not entertaining a combined comp will send 3 teams to Parramatta, 2 of those teams are Liverpool based, Dad also said that they held a JL meeting last night but because Blue Devil attended they wouldn't talk seniors, seniors meeting now moved to next Monday

From what I hear it's collies who if not successful in a bid to affiliate to group 6 will look at going to appin a core bunch of players anyway and most who didn't play with collies last year but years previous How's training up there appin boys you guys been quiet since the sausage sizzle not reply to how that went?
well, news to me , Glen Debono good mate of mine and coaches my boy at collies and have not heard that any of them are coming soon. Glen , anyway is linked with city and helped with coaching staff there this year and is good mates with Meville, so if collies was to have allegiance you would sway to city would you not. We are probably likely to have a few players here and there. If collies were on the march to Appin I gave my number to Ronnie who claims they will have players coming here , but have had no reply to that. Also my son played with the collies last 9 years excluding this year and knows many of the boys there and he ain't heard anything of a mass rebellion to Appin either. In summing up I still know lot's of people at collies and have only heard rumours , such as you probably have. If there is any essence in the rumour tell whoever to pm me and I will gladly respond to fact or fiction. As for being quiet since our BBQ, of course plenty to do and to the couple of people that work damn hard to try and achieve an outcome and promote Appin up in grades WELL DONE(DOGGIES GIRL). For all the knockers, if Appin make 1st grade, reserves or 2nd division it will make no difference to a lot of people, cause all you do is put s- - t on those people and the club anyway's. So in summing up, everybody will find out soon enough if, who, when, and how Appin will achieve whatever. It takes a lot of work , time and effort as well as good support in sponsorship, volunteers and committee's so stay posted as I can assure all, Appin Club is trying damn hard, what more can you ask for, RESPECT. I have been at the Lovely sunshine coast with the family so I appologise for not returning your message, I returned yesterday but I phoned Brett Graham today, we have more players coming as at the Collies Presentation day a couple of weeks ago, they never handed Premiership jackets to the teams that won it, thank god we didnt win the 18's, I would of been throwing tables around if my son never got a jacket for winning, Appinboyz Ive got your number and will call you tomorrow, but like I said, Ive talked to Brett and all is good for 2012, will you fit that many players in the point system?

Looking at what is happening and clubs and it's players jumping the waterline, they don't care, as long as they hold monopoly on the Campbelltown area they couldn't care less, they see it better to have no teams then let another Rugby League comp thrive, great ambassadors to the game.
