I'm not interested in squabbling or arguing regarding the Wests comp, but good news is good news, and should be seen:

LEO DYNEVOR JOINS THE LIVERPOOL TITANS
Former Brisbane Broncos, London Broncos, Newcastle Knights & Wests Magpies Half Back Leo Dynevor Joins the Liverpool Titans for 2012 season.
Posted Image
The story will be in the Liverpool Leader next week or online edition at www.liverpoolleader.com.au

Good news for Titans, Leo is a great bloke and will be a wonderful role model for the kids of the area and an asset to the club.

Pity to loose him from the Roosters but a he will do some real good where he is going.

Good luck to him!

If West's wnat to to hold their players in their comp, they have to make an announcement on where the competition will be. If they dont make some sort of definate decision and announce it, they will start to lose the loyal players they have, because of the uncertainty of where they will be next year. This is mid November and still nobody has announced a definate UNBIASED answer as to what is happening next year. :cstars:

I'm shocked that you have been able to beat Beefa/Dunn to the forum to post this latest BULLetin on the 2012 wests comp!

He's not going to be happy that you have stolen his thunder.

I've also heard a rumour that the Tatooine Rugby League Comp are looking to incoporate some new teams - though there has been a poor response from the locals - the sand people frighten easily but should return in greater numbers once the comp begins.

(Sorry a little lame but you used the Star Wars reference and I got carried away :hey: )

  about spot on the money warrior :correct: alot of do-do talk on here and Beefa/Dunn your rubbish aimed at my club is laughable if you are incinuating we are upset about wests basing your juniors at PCYC Minto you are as dumb as you sound, I secured a training venue(within group 6 boundary)some time ago and a home ground also which we will be proudly using both and fact is PCYC would be to small for our growing club anyway :correct: Your constant rants and attacks have and will only unite our club and make us determined to succeed in all areas which im sure you will hear more about throughout the 2012 season as we have brought in all winners :winner: :winner: to our club and we will continue to keep winning even with you and your cronies trying to bury us :winner: :winner: We know what and where we will be in 2012 and have all measures in place and look forward to the season ahead, Concentrate on your own comps clubs which is about down to 4 last time i heard and let us keep winning :winner: :winner:

I'm pretty sure I play footy for the love of it, not to have west and there little suck ups act like 16 yr old girls every year. Ever think city, eagles, ESA would be leaving if it was worth staying, besides draper im sure nobody enjoys the do-do that comes with pissi.ing west off, just pull ya head out of each others arses and have a look at why we want to go to group 6 instead of doing ya usual and pulling rule after rule from your imaginary rulebook that noone else can see just to keep us here when we don't want to.
What players Gunna play at a club and under a coach on the sole reason we're forced too, goodluck getting good footy out of us.
How bout you geniuses at west and the rest of Yous remember it's about the sport that us boys just wanna play, not you barking orders like a controlling parent. Idiots..
Good to hear from a players prospective, well said, but my head is up no ones arse  everything else you have stated is on the mark, you will enjoy playing in Group 6,:correct:

This whole time, everyone that is fighting to have Campbelltown Senior Teams in Group 6 is fighting for their players, we have the players best interest at heart, and we are proud of that fact and proving just that, our players played in a competition that was played week in week out in good spirits, clubs that support each other for the good of the game, that's why we are succeeding. Remember I was a player this season as well, totally understand where you are coming from :correct:

Dad said that is the problem out Wests, they don't care about senior players and don't have the games best interest at heart, one day someone in that position might care, let's hope! By the way I use to be a player but circumstances out of my control seen me finish, Dad and I have a huge love for the game

I think that "attitude" is the biggest problem in senior footy. We all understand that in junior footy the players come first and even though we get the odd ratbag parent or ratbag coach, ultimately commonsense wins out and we do what is best for the kids playing.

But that attitude doesn't seem to travel over to senior league at times.

It all becomes about the "win", money and sponsors. Clubs will say one thing like, "we are going to stick with our juniors coming through and develop them!" and then the next minute they do something else like secretly sign up some "ex-blah blah blah player" and pay them money they don't have in the hope of winning. The junior players they claim they are "developing" are shunted to the back and "Mr Wonderful", who has no loyalty to the club, comes on board. Rules don't apply to this guy, so he doesn't come to training half the time, he's special so no bench for him! So he doesn't turn up for a couple of weeks, but everyone is so thrilled when he does front - he's in the run on side - no reggies for him or seat on the bench. Meanwhile, your loyal club players are thinking, "well they obviously don't want me," so off they go to another club or they leave the game all together. These are the players clubs should be encouraging, these are the ones that are going to stick with you during the hard times, not "Mr Wonderful" who has hightailed it to greener pastures the minute you don't come up with the cash.

Senior clubs need to adopt the same attitudes that junior clubs come by naturally - it's about the players, it's about the club. When locals go to the footy on Sundays they aren't there to see "Mr Wonder" - "ex blah, blah, blah" player. They come to see the boys they've watch grow into men on the footy paddock - players that they know from families that they know. Their team might not win but they will be back again next week to cheer them on.

Dads right from what I hear kid they are combining with parra and having 19s and a grade teams to play in the combined parra comp no home games but and you will see easts and city play out if campbelltown with a deal struck with wests to give the area viable footy games in campbelltown so the meeting was a good one for footy in general everyone happy now I reckon and bring on the footy season already

Wests to run a combined parra comp a grade b grade c grade and 17s on Sunday's wonder how teams will get up to play in it
It's a pretty sad situation when wests can't run a Senior comp without combining with another comp. Wests have stacks of Juniors coming through but when it comes to the transition of juniors to seniors something goes terribly wrong.

Wests management need to take a serious look at themselves and work out what they are doing wrong and fix it. We all know this! It's been said many many times before by many people and yet NOTHING EVER CHANGES!

Were the Wests clubs at the meeting happy with this new comp?

(Don't bother replying Beefa/Dunn - not interested in some insane, frothing at the mouth, rant - just want some sensible comments please.)
