Outcome from last nights meeting Not much to report as not much to go off, the format will be 17's 19's A grade and Reserve Grade, with a hope of a 6 team A grade and 6 team Reserve grade, 2 of those A Grade teams already saying that they are not a possibility of fielding, leaving 4 teams only, This Age Bracket is used in Parramatta, Penrith and the combined inner city comp. giving wests Plan B if not enough teams to field plan A. A couple of changes to the senior committee with Warriors Eddie and Julie Luke on the senior committee. this years senior committee copped a bagging from some clubs as not getting the job done. The big move and grievance with most clubs seems to come from the Titans where he has a comment for everything, people are saying he now runs the senior competition, what he says the junior League does, yes he is telling Junior League what to do. His popularity has overtaken Blue Devil. So that was the meeting in a nutshell, sorry I cant give you much more but our club secretary said she almost feel a sleep. After the experiance this year we knew it would come to this and with no talks to combine with Group 6 we know our fate will be travelling to Penrith or Parramatta, Majority of our guys look set for Mt Annan so there will be no talking these guys back, we needed something in concrete last night and didnt even get any sand, I will be happy to run with the Knights watching footy week in week out, I have my first 2nd Division meeting with Group 6 tomorrow, so I will see how that goes. Dad's connections said no decision to marry competitions will be made until March, he did say that Brown from Titans attended a Sydney Shield meeting last week looking at putting his team in this comp, the thought of losing a number of players to Bundy Cup clubs has him jumping in the deep end to play in this comp, really if you can't win a Premeirship in Wests you are going to get towld up in Sydney Shield and will be the whipping boys, Dad said that he also nominated 4 teams in Wests seniors next year, he obviously hasn't heard of the many players departing his club for Valley, Blacktown and Mounties, Dad laughed when I read him Life Membes post, he said Brownie ran the comp this year, what's he on about |

He we go again, we dont need to merge, we have good hard working volunteers and they have the game in good hands, Darcy is doing a great job and there is no shame to see guys like Darcy take over running the comp, you blokes would all sit there and do-do on the Wests Juniors if no one put there hand up to have a go, take my hat off to Julie and the Boys for giving him ago. Kepp your head up Darc, dont worry about these blokes that cant wait to jump when things look a little hard. Watch Warriors pull the Eagles apart and watch Minto to destroy the Kangaroos, and we have already taken care of the Macarthur Cows, no grass to chew on at PCYC, get that into you Hellyeh, footymum and croonies |

Haven't commented on anything for a while thought I would sit back and see where the end of season would take us, so far I have been told ESA are glad to see the back of me and the club will move forward without me, well that is the biggest laugh I have had all season don't know where you get your info from Beefa, I have a fair idea and maybe you can ask your source how much involvment I did have at the club as well as my family , but I can tell you now I had a lot of support from the club to take some of the boys over to Mac Bulls as some at esa realise that the boys come first and giving them good competition and games week in and week out is more important than keeping them with their junior club to not know where the hell they will be next year or who they will be playing. West knew where we stood and guaranteed us an answer by grand final as to where they would be and couldnt do it and to the boys credit they did not make their decisions until well after then to give west time to come to the table which they didn't and their club would not demand to know where they would be and stand up for them so they made their choice. As for taking care of the Macarthur cows you are obviousley another one that does not give a do-do about the players but your own ego. I have been accused of whiteanting, being disloyal and a poacher. Well all of that means jack to me when i get messages from the players telling me that I have never let them down and they appreciate everything i do, see unlike others I am there for the boys and the boys only, not my own ego, not for esa and not for west. Maybe if the rest of those involved in taking care of these players were there for the same reasons instead of their own personal agendas then the comp would be in a better position than it is. How about everybody starts listening to what the players want for a change instead of giving them threats like they have prices on their heads and that they have no choice of where they can play. These kids have given everything for their junior clubs and are at an age where they just want to play good footy each week with their mates, nobody owns them and they dont care about winning jackets. But from what i was told today they will be expected to go back to a 19's 7 team comp where they will have to play the same teams they played last year, the teams that didn't bother turning up to games or teams they were beating by 60+ points so someone tell me where the loyalty to the players is before you start accussing them of being defectors or whitanting. We are talking about a handfull of players who are wanting to go to Mac Bulls but some are carrying on like Parra and I are trying to destroy esa by them wanting to go there ..... Please dont bother replying Beefa because honestly if you are going to sit behind a keyboard and dribble the do-do you do without telling anybody who you or posting something remotely intelligent than your comments mean nothing to me or anyone on here. |

A bit embarrasing for Wests! I'm sure there will be threats, ranting, foaming at the mouth from Wests. Followed by screams of traitors, disloyalty, white-anting and "it's all Blue Devil's fault!". Come on Bobcat/Beefa-Dunn/pigstrotter time to gear up and spew forth the rant!!! Good article and good luck to Mac Bulls. |

Are you sure you are not me Black and White because if you are it is also your fault, Your right though, ask them and they would say it would be my fault, if I had my way they would of been playing in Red and White, Just another example of young men wanting to play the game in a good competition, Well writen footymum, we have had our differances in the past but i'm sure you understand where we are coming from now I'll tell you now this wont be the last of the players coming across, I have had 2 Minto Players contact me, asking if its ok to come across, and Ive had 4 warriors players ask me about 2nd Division, I didnt know warriors had 4 players to start with, There is an easy solution to all of this, but common sence will not prevail around here

Comments from the Advertiser "Hellyer said his young charges are looking forward to week-in week-out footy in the Country Rugby League Group 6 competition after a year of washouts and forfeits in the senior comp," Hughes said. Hellyer said some of the under-18s boys who joined the Bulls only played a handful of games this season and are "pumped to be playing in a possible 12-team 18-1s competition in 2012, as are the second division players coming from Eagle Vale St Andrews". This is what we have all been fighting for, our club has been in that position and in 2008 our A Grade had many forfiets against them and score lines that would not make it interesting in coming back, This is what its all about "playing Footy" when will people get that through thier thick skulls! Good Luck Dennis, Footymum and players |

Like I said some time ago our club isn't interested in fielding seniors, too much work and senior players all seem to think the volunteers owe them the world for playing for their club. WRONG, we all do it for the kids, not bludging blokes. Anyway I'm still a little bit bitter from our experience in the mid-2000s and it's probably different at other clubs. Not good at letting things go, anyway Can someone tell me why the lack of brains trust at Wests JL have taken 3 mediocre grades and tried to turn them into 4 grades? Obviously as soon as they can't get enough teams in one grade they can offload the remaining teams to Parra or the Canterbury/Tigers/Dragons comp would be my take on events. Well done Bulls, great story go- getters and the type of club people not allowed to get too big or successful in Wests, cant have any super clubs now tut-tut
