Watched games at jack Nash Sunday moss dragons and the Campbelltown side Bulls well above 2nd div level they should be in a higher grade I think

Watch a Eagles game the other week gee big fast team in 1st grade they should be in bundy cup and would probably beat wests state cup by plenty
ive only seen eagles twice this year and thought they were lucky to have beat jets. to say they should be playing bundy is laughable... any top 5 team is capable of beating any other team on there day. mittagong are the best team ive seen play this year. but i dont think they could play bundy!!!!!!!!
When east came to camden to take on us (rams) we nearly beat them and to be honest i think we might get the better of them in the next match up in 4 weex time to be honest they didnt offer much we just didnt play well on the day, i also hear mittagong were in front one stage in there matchup earlier in the year, haha so whoever you are kahoona man they have a long way to go, you cant win the grand final in july champ, its a repeat of last year, they will just choke choke choke!!!! Go rams. :winner: :winner:
I'm tipping an Eagles v Mitta Grand Final with Mitta running out winners in a tight game. But I think that Oakdale will be up there and may upset the apple cart.

Don't know about the workers chances hey,not many back tomback premierships in group 6 I see
Seems hard to back up after winning a 1st grade prem in group 6
That's a good thing though, it makes things interesting. No club really dominates - just good, hard competition.

All clubs have their ups and downs, Thirlmere were pretty dominant for a few years but things change.

I'm tipping Mitta this year they have been building up to this through their juniors for the last 10 years or so.

But then again, I could be wrong. I'm also tipping the Blues to win tomorrow night.

Your kidding yourself we were up by 20 in the first 20 mins then went into Cruz control use were never going to win that game and mittagong are a good team and it was a good game of footy and we came away with a win down there which isn't that easy to do and I'm sure our next game against them will be another close one ... and We have a long way to go till the finals still so we will see how were going then before anyone can say we will choke ...

Ok Hazo, we where always at that level you talk about, and have been there since we won a Premiership in 2007, every year we have made semis and that is our goal at the start each season, The Club is a happy club and the guys are showing that on the field. Won't bother commenting anymore on this, time to move on!

Is this a joke or a stitch up hazo didn't create our team
We have been coached by the same coach for 5 years , hazo was the assistant coach so ur kidding me if u think our club has gone strength to strength for the 2 years he was at our club.
Look at our results since he has left that must say something
Hazo is a great bloke but ur comment is totally wrong get ur facts right

Gee you eagles blokes take offense quickly give the bloke credit and acknowledge his achievments at your club
Group 6 coach of the year 2 years multiple rep teams so I think it's fair to say he added a lot and eagles loss will be moss vales gain

He did add some new stuff when he came in but since he left and crowie and smally and barnsey being able to have a lot more control we have gone up a level massively and are getting stronger each week I believe ...

Welcome home: Kangaroos captain-coach Drew Dalton is happy to be back training and playing in the Campbelltown area. Picture: Sean Cunningham

THIRLMERE/Tahmoor will have the honour of being the first club to play against Campbelltown City Kangaroos this season on their new home ground at Fullwood Reserve, Claymore on Sunday.
Campbelltown City Kangaroos have recovered some of their bounce by returning to Campbelltown to train and play in the Group 6 rugby league competition.

Club spokesman Alex Melville believes the players are are comfortable after their return to the Campbelltown area.

"The boys are loving being back training at Stromeferry [Reserve at St Andrews]," Melville said.

"We are all Campbelltown boys and love representing Campbelltown against the towns and teams in Group 6, as we did from 1908 to 1983.

"But in saying that, the adversity we were put through made us a stronger club.

"Being home means stability and an ability to focus on things other than fighting and survival."

Melville believes the club's new beginning has many benefits.

"Our new match-day home ground of Fullwood Reserve is most impressive and it will become a hostile place for visiting teams," he said.

Dragons keep Mt Annan scoreless

BY LAUREN WRIGHT

04 Jul, 2012 12:00 AM
http://www.southernhighlandnews.com.au/news/local/sport/rugby-league/dragons-keep-mt-annan-scoreless/2612937.aspx

IT was the first time they've kept a team to 0 this year and what a performance it was.Moss Vale smashed Mt Annan on Sunday in their 60-0 win but they still found it tough going for the first 35 minutes.

"They (Mt Annan) played really well in the first half," Dragons skipper Damien Barton said.

With the score 18-0 at the break, it was not until the second half that Moss Vale fired up and played to their full potential.

"They had their tails up in the first half and we probably did take it a little easier in the first half," Barton said.

Josh Champion crossed the line a couple of times for the Dragons and Steve Meuleman was also among the try scorers.Along with those two, Barton said Josh Phelps had his "best game of the year".

With Mt Annan sitting on the bottom of the ladder, Barton said he was surprised they were not further up.

"I was surprised Mt Annan are sitting where they are on the table with the way they played."

The Dragons will face Bargo this weekend and Barton said they needed to turn up to the match switched on.

"Late time we only just beat them and we'll have a few players out. We'll have to go out with our heads switched on and defend well. If we defend well we can win just on the back of our defence."

Big down grade from the stadium for City let's face it they are better off going back to Camden be a true Group 6 like they keep saying they are.

Will group 6 adjudicate the games?? Maybe WSDJRL should stage a game at Camden show ground or Kirkham park what's the difference guys??
