Macarthur Bulls Rugby League Football Club is having a great season in the Group 6 Second Division this year. The Bulls are unbeaten after 11 games played this season and sit at the top of the ladder.
Recently returning to train in the Campbelltown area, the Bulls conduct their weekly sessions at James Meehan Oval, Macquarie Fields but still play most home games at Sid Sharpe Memorial Oval, Oakdale.
Hoping to secure Milton Park, Ingleburn, as a home venue next year, the Bulls players know their way to the try line, having amassed 454 points in this year's competition.
And the defensive line-up is also playing its part in a successful season for the Bulls, with only 72 points conceded against them.
Their most recent victory was a 84-0 thrashing over Bundanoon on Sunday.
This season the Bulls also entered an under-18 team into the competition.
They are only a few wins outside a finals' berth.

Who cares bout west comp this is the group 6 thread so if you want to talk about group 6 feel free otherwise go talk shiit in west thread. Cheers
You are a deadset keyboard hero all you have done since you come on here is talk shiit and I bet your not even from the jetts ...
Nawww your so cute loverboy i didnt think use eagles boys new how to use computers if u really are a eagleboy but well done for trying you must be the smartest of your team. I cant wait to play use next we will not let use off easy like last time champ, we werent prepared for our first encounter but i can assure you it will be a new scoreline next time game on chief.Have a smacko!!!!
HahaHaha you would be better off training hard so u will be better next time than just giving every team more reason s to want to smash use ...
Footy lover footy lover. Listen here and listen close, no wait a bit closer, a little more that's it good boy/girl now Whether you like it or not we have tasted defeat And it was bitter and upsetting we are using our mistakes and lost chances as a motivation to storm to the top. They say to say nothing and prove people wrong but I believe letting people no we are going to take the group 6 by storm and then actually doing it is the greatest win of all. We will bring the xfactor in the coming weex and shock the critics with a premiership Cheeee hooooo
I agree with you now. After reading all your comments, I can't help but think you guys will now win the comp. Congrats, hoist that trophy high in SEPTEMBER.
Hahaha ... Yes we should all bow down to the jets now ...
That's right footy lover everyone should bow down and you can bend over!!!!!!! The only person that's been bent over is you and your team when use play anyone above use ...

this forum has gone to poo let start talking footy instead of personal vendettas etc.
my tips for this week are as follows.
tigers v kangaroos. i think this will be a close game with oaks just winning. oaks 28 city 20.
workers v rooster. roosters will win 44 16.
magpies v jets. this game makes me so happy because i no after this game jettsy and jetter wont be on here for a week lol picton 40 jets 10.
us v mittagong. now we need to win this game its all or nothing im not picking any scores im just gonna say we will win.
please let me no how you feel.
I will always be here...like last week you predicted oakdale would flog us, but alas we hung on to win, and the week before against City.
Picton will be also a hard game.
Mitta not happy at squandering a big lead and losing so watch for Lions to kick some butt this week!!! Woops that means Camden hahaha do or die for you guys if you want a slim chance of making the semi's.

Haha ild rather lose everyweek then play in the joke of a west comp, when You actually get a game that is
Enjoy your one and only year back in Campbelltown. If your beloved Group 6 are no decline to join the Macarthur League South West Corridor as they are directed to in 2013 then its back to cascades,Mt Hunter and Leppington the 3 defective clubs will banish back to. Enjoy young man enjoy Regards, Jan Why sign off as janelle??????????? maybee you should sign off as JL mmmmmm seems like everyone knows who u are anyway!! You havent been able to run a successful seniors comp in 15 years. The last time there was interest in Campbelltown for senior footy was when they were a part of group 6, now theres finally interest again. If for some reason there was gunna be a combined comp the whole of west junior league board should be gone. Campbelltown, Macarthur area has arguably one of the biggest breeding grounds for rugby league not just in Australia but the world. Answer me this question Jan why have we been in such a decline for the last 20 years?? And what do you suppose to do to make this better?? Its fine for you to look after juniors but for the ones that dont make matts, ball or 20's then where should they go?? Not everyone matures at 18. Looking forward to hearing your reply. I think City, Eagles and Matt Bulls are giving Campbelltown players a path way to success.

just a quick one ive payed for camden for 7 years in the seniors, i played for ingleburn bulldgogs from 9's till 14s i use to live there then played 2 years at collies becasue my mates played there and after that had no where to go it was like my only option was a grade in west comp which was more like playing a game of footy with 30 year olds who wanna take ya head off with young refs who were intimdated by anyone who had a tattoo or were bigger then them. so i decided to go play at camden in the under 18s and played a very fast and quality season of football for 2 years then once i finished there i made my way into reggies and now im 1st grade player and ive gotta say i dont regret ever leaving west comp it was the worst run competition ive ever seen and would recommend to anyone whos involed to get out and play for a group 6 team. as much as i hate the eagles and city and mac bulls becasue there ctown sides. i give full credit to them for getting out of the disgraceful comp that is ran like a broffle they obviously had a brain and new they were going backwards playing there so they used there brain and joined group 6 and to be honest a much as i hate these teams i love nothing more then turning up and playing them becasue you no that no matter what there not there to take your head off or be grubs they are there to play to there full potential in a comp that they take pride in and they no that at the end of the day its a competition that is ran by smart people and looks after there juniors and puts goals in place so that players have places to go when they hit 16, and 18 instead of being forced to just jump into a grade with 30 yr old men. becasue i no so many people that had the potential to go places but instead quit becasue they had no where to go in the west comp.............. everyone is entitled to a opinion so this is mine. so all in all if campbeltown comp wants to be successful the key for it to succed is to demolish the commitee and start fresh with a new commitee and maybe buy someone that runs penrith comp or roosters comp or something just someone who has experience and good knowledge with juniors and a good footy brain and who wants juniors to go through the ranks becasue as we all no its a disgrace to see all the now and ex nrl players who were ctown juniors but due to not being noticed had to go elsewhere in orrder to be noticed so they then went to manly, melbourne, parramatta, bulldogs, pentrith, dragons, brisbane and pretty much all nrl teams because unlike west comp other clubs wanted young talent. so if my message is still unclear to people ill make it shorter to get it through to you GET RID OF YOU NO WHO AND THERE WILL BE SUCCESS IN CAMPBELLTOWN........... its simple..............

Bulls back to best on stamping grounds
BY SEAN CUNNINGHAM

Club president Matt Hughes was pleased that the 2012 season had been a "big turnaround from last year".
bring em to 1st grade and lets see if they then have the same results then lol!!!!
Mate 2nd year in as a club give some credit - we have near identical side to last year with only one of our guys played Group 6 1st grade last year the rest thirds or Agrade comps, average age of the side is 33 we train once a week punch bungas like there going extinct and are as unfit as any other 2nd division side, will take the 1st grade jibes all day long as Appin did last year no sweat of our backs we know our level and where we are at and couldnt give a do-do what anyone thinks especially keyboard cowboys on this site. We will keep going about our buisness having fun no matter what.
so you dont have a problem with appin haveing a 2nd div side next year bulls..qoute me if Im wrong did you not say if a team wins a comp in 2nd div they should be forced to go to 1st or reserve grade..now that shoes on the other foot you see the reason for playing lower grades... Regardless of results this season of both the clubs teams, The club will be looking at fielding all grades, What the club wont be doing is langishing in 2nd division for 5 years playing in 1 grand final and winning 2 premierships then fold!!! As a club we want to progress not stagnate.
The club is looking at being around long term providing all levels of senior rugby league for young men in the area we reside in and wont be smashing lower grades for year after year we have a plan and will execute it when our house is in order ie.. home base/playing rosters/financially sound.
Hope that clears it for you and as for your club thats call what you do we will worry about what we do.
Cheers

this forum has gone to poo let start talking footy instead of personal vendettas etc.
my tips for this week are as follows.
tigers v kangaroos. i think this will be a close game with oaks just winning. oaks 28 city 20.
workers v rooster. roosters will win 44 16.
magpies v jets. this game makes me so happy because i no after this game jettsy and jetter wont be on here for a week lol picton 40 jets 10.
us v mittagong. now we need to win this game its all or nothing im not picking any scores im just gonna say we will win.
please let me no how you feel.
I'm not predicting a big win over Narellan. It was tight for 70 minutes against the Jets last time and I think this Sunday will be no different.
I will say regarding Mittagong, they are a quality outfit. They realistically had the better of us for most of the game, but we hung in there and managed to sneak out with a win. That's footy. I underestimated what a great player Scott Borg is. He is a dead set genius. Scored a couple tries, set up at least another couple and was a constant danger.
I'll tip: Tigers by a bit Workers by a couple Magpies by a bit and a little bit more to be safe Mittagong comfortably

I also agree with NEO, I've seen many good players from RSL head over to Group 6 and if you ask Burner we understand why, we have been called Inglebye, and told that we couldnt wiin a chook raffle and this posting from NEO explains why, the players dont want to get there heads knock off by the Mintos and Valleys. What he has explained, explains the trouble we have every year to talk players to play not in the West comp but for the RSL Tigers, we want to have a senior team and we have a huge player pool to pick from but we just cant make it attractive for the players to stay, 20 years these people have had to build a strong competition but they have just killed the area and will continue to do so, we all agree that they have had their time and its time for these people to retire or just walk away and let the game prosper. And if the players/Clubs and people in the rugby league faternity are all saying it, how do we get someone to act on it to get rid of these people. has anyone ever heard anyone say anything peositive about the Wests Junior League?

Did anyone read that posting on another thread about that write up from Humphries, I couldnt believe that he would say that about the Wests Junior League being a company and they cant do much about the West Junior League and it needs addressed, someone could cut and paste the comments, im not that clever, but its very interesting to read. I have seen a lot of shananigans around here and I cant believe that NSWRL just doesnt bring in the broom. How did this region end up having the worst run Junior League in the world.

Maybe time for a Super League type coup but I know the wests junior league clubs haven't the guts to support a no confidence vote to get rid of them. As they say you get what you deserve! Im sure Blue Devil knows what happens if you stand up and no one else does!!!!
If the wests senior clubs walk out on mass or break away the juniors can have their little competition whilst the seniors can become a Wollongong-esque type super Group 6 competition, possibly with relegation and promotion from 2nd Division for those willing to step up. Sooner or later the ARLC will decide what is best to end this BS and no one will have a say then after.

One of the suggestions by Mr caravan was to have a northern conference with west clubs and northern g6 clubs and southern conference with southern highlands clubs and to trail it the 2nd division and to see if it would work but I'm not to sure how it would any thoughts ???

I know this this is not G6 footy but I thought some of you may be interested
I have been getting bored with all this cancelled footy so I dragged a game out of the vault.
Sorry for the low quality but I had to transfer it from a old VHS tape.
2001 u/17s Grand Final All Saints V ESA.
I have listed some players on the clip but if anybody can name more please comment on the clip with more names and thier numbers.
Just as an example All Saints had Bryce Gibbs, Liam Fulton and Issac DeGois and ESA had Aaron Sweeney.

BD I remember watching an old All Saints V Eagles G/F with you. It had Shannon Gallant in it and a couple of your current players. If you or TD want to drop it in at any time I can upload that game too.
