Brendan reeves and Jason hazelton together next year at workers, very interesting and a very good buy from workers. I heard some players from workers have already looked elsewhere as they dont get along with hazelton, probly just rumours though. But I'm not sure if having a résumé such as hazelton has got that he should be coaching at oakdale, surely someone of his quantity could be coaching at a much higher level hes the under 18s rep coach for christ sake.. I also heard that he has been contacted by a few other clubs in group 6 including oaks, jets, and thirlmere for a role any info on this?
Glenn whiteman as coach at mossvale next year is a gee up. 100% guarantee he doesn't coach anyone in group6 next year.
Gallant at jets haha what a waste baker is a ten times better fullback.. Hopefully baker moves on and goes to another club I heard Camden are after him. And gallant is only on 450 a game.
I also heard oakdale signed a star player but at this stage I don't no the name.
Trotters wnt be in group 6 next year. Mounties have signed them from 2013 I heard.
Minestrone over and out.. Creatures
False, our club has not contacted Jason Hazelton....
Not true buddy. Maybe you should ask again because my insider is pretty good when it comes to this stuff. How much money is he going to be on???
Have been told by Ben baker and Camden that's he has sign for big $$$a game and he is playing fullback cause the jets would not let him play were he is at his best And they r moving Chris browne into the halves to accommodate for baker And they signed gallant for fullback at the jets so no need for 2 fullbacks Bye bye jets and Ben baker to Camden look out
I talked to Ben's mum last night, Peni told me he hasn't signed with anyone yet but keeping his options open.
I just spoke to Camden and apparently they have had talks with baker and baker has given them a week to announce there final offer. Apparently it's $300 per game, But apparently I hear hazelton has also had talks with baker and tried to lure him to the workers. Not sure on the pay though. But he's pretty confident of getting bakers autograph within coming weeks. So in other news how are narellan going to be under the points nxt year with skando, gallant, mguiness and the cabra and Windsor players???? And who is this mystery player oakdale have signed I heard from a club man that there is a player signing with them who is of good talent. But not yet releasing a name???? Personal friend of both Buddha and Johnny and both are happily retired, they actually find it amusing they have get named on this forum as going to certain clubs each year.
A lot of better fullbacks then Baker running around not sure what all the fuss is, Will Dreeves ok I'd understand his a class act and also Gallant a City junior surprised he didn't end up at the Roos 2013.
Hazelton to Oakdale?? Gee what are thinking?? TC what's the logic?

Campbelltown Eagles awarded Clayton Cup FRIDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2012 14:14 Congratulations to the Campbelltown Eagles in the Group Six competition who has this year being awarded the prestigious Clayton Cup. The Clayton Cup is a trophy awarded by the Country Rugby League to the NSW Country Rugby League team with the best overall record for that season. To be eligible, the team must win the highest level of competition in its region. Usually the winner of the Clayton Cup goes through the season undefeated. The Cup was donated by Reuben Clayton, an early rugby league administrator in country NSW, and was first awarded in 1937 to West Tamworth. Since then, the Tweed Head Seagulls and Forster-Tuncurry have been the most successful clubs, each winning the trophy three times. Congratulations on behalf of the Country Rugby League to all involved at Campbelltown Eagles. Well done Red Eagle, you are that lttle fat guy off the bench? you go alright,

And I hear there are dramas hiring on at oakdale between the new coach and the players any truth to th???is tc
None whatsoever I've heard rumors bout several clubs having trouble. Could be someone trying to destabilize other clubs????
Yeah that's probably true there's always rumors going around about all teams I guess...
I guess you have to look no further than your own backyard?????
Not often a coach gets punted when the side hasnt lost a game.Great move Blue Devil
Yes the Campbelltown Eagles has stood down the assistant Coach for a number of reasons, Richard Barnes will continue the Coaching Role at 100 percent capacity, Richard has been the driving force behind our 1st Grade team for 5 years and he has the players respect and the clubs interest at heart. Great comment to TC Footylover, couldn't of timed that any better!
Funny that, you had barnes head on the chopping block in 2010 when you brought Hazleton in after a few early losses the team has gone from strength to strength under the guidiance of both coaches still a long way to go in the season cant help but think youve dealt your priemiership chances a massive blow.surely another club will snap him up. your obviously not worried a coach of his calibre would know his former teams weaknesses? I found this in the archives, see it was Jason Hazelton that was sacked not Darc, funny when you go back to read the past comments and peoples predictions on the future, I think Water Boy was well off the mark about them losing there Premiership chances, who would of thought they would win the Claytons Cup, Well Done Eagles.

Is it true The Oaks may be only a 2nd division side in 2013?
Will Bowral bounce back in 2013? What's the news down that way Highlander? How's the club looking with the success of the Spuddies and now Bundanoon to compete with I hope Bowral stay alive. They struggled a bit in 2012.

Heard a rumour not all is rosy out at thelmire, the trotter brothers lost there job at the mine and apparently signed for much less than what they're worth at the start of the season with the job being priority. Look out for other clubs to be circling, especially camden with the old cabra connection
No one believes me, I said this two weeks ago, they will end up at Narellan. Dash wants them pretty bad and what Dash wants he gets. We have plenty of room with the points and if Thirlmere can fit all our ex players in the points we will fit Gallant, and Trotters without a problem. With the Oaks coach, next year it will be Leo Deniver. I said this way back TC, old news buddy

Long drive tho..... Common, they are coming from Penrith to Moss Vale, that will last all but 2 months, why wouldnt you atatck the Group 7 competition for 10 point players, No wonder Narellan is going to put 50 on you next year. You wont stop the Trotter Brothers, Gallant, Rocky and we will get Baker, no one is chasing him.

What are the chances of Peni Tagive playing for the Eagles in 2013? He has retired from the NRL to focus on uni full time. He is an Eagles junior also. Blue Devil? We will see how it goes, yes we have contacted him, and we love to have our Juniors home, but I think his retirement had a lot to do with injury as well, Peni has a number of players that played with him in the Juniors playing in 1st Grade.
Michael Stevens and Leigh Middlemiss had a great debut for the Cahors Blue Devils defeating Gratentour 56-26, Stevo scoring 4 tries and kicking 6 from 7 and Leigh scoring a hat trick, great to see some local boys having such a great opportunity!
I had been contacted by Pia Donkeys and Catalan Dragons about another player but that just didn't work out! Good news is another few players from the Eagles will be joining clubs in France for 2013. Really Proud to see Local Boys getting such a great opportunity!
