hahahahaha.
You do realise Beefa that Group 6 seniors has always been stronger than Wests JL.
The only reason the combined comp happened was because without it, there would not have been a JL comp.
None of this would have happened had it not been for Wests inability to run a seniors comp.
Wests have a great junior league, always have.
They should just concentrate on that. Let G6 run the seniors.
But it looks like that ship has sailed. Good luck in getting a comp next year, whilst us in G6 will enjoy our 11 or possibly 12 team 1st and reserves comps.

So far we've had the following ground breaking announcements for 2012.... - Group 6 will be forced to merge with Wests. - Wests will be running a strong comp with "traitors" begging to come back. - "well who cares we have big plans as well and now we will be merging with canterbury for 2012 our comp will be the biggest run nswrl comp in the state" - " we are now merging with penrith comp for 2012" - blah, blah, blah, blah....

Beefa, dad made some phone calls to his mates high up on the food chain, this is what has come back, you are right about Wests approaching Canterbury, but Canterbury declined the offer, Wests then approached Penrith, Penrith was meeting with there clubs, the Wests Clubs where going to be informed of the Wests Penrith Combined comp come Wednesday next week, Dad also said no Wests N20's will be made available to any Wests JL Teams for 2012, Lichardt area will be Combining 2 clubs to join in the Bundy Cup using any excess Tigers 20's players. It has also been aware to the JL there is no way the G6 Combined Comp will be ever put back on the Table, Wests odiously made a lasting impression, also mentioned the Campbelltown Clubs will Not return under any rule of the Junior League, My Dad knows all

It has also been aware to the JL there is no way the G6 Combined Comp will be ever put back on the Table, Wests odiously made a lasting impression, also mentioned the Campbelltown Clubs will Not return under any rule of the Junior League, My Dad knows all I find this very dissapointing our club had tried to talk the Wests Junior League into a combined comp back in 2007 with canterbury only to cop a half hearted attack at a Junior League Meeting saying we were, wait for it, WHITE ANTING THE COMPETITION, smells like Bobcat, I mean Pigshead, I mean Beefa
We then busted our arse to give local players a chance to play Bundy Cup in the area, but again any of our Junior wants to play Bundy for the Tigers feeder club in Bundy has to travel to Balmain,
Now the talk of combining with Penrith, COME ON you cant be fore real Fency/Beefa good luck will All Saints Travel to Katoomba, will Titans travel to Minchinbury, will Minto travel to Doonside, cant see that happening,
The only thing I think you a right with is: there is no way Campbelltown Clubs will return under Wests, there no way the Combine Comp will happen
This is an extrodinary step to keep a competition, I would like to see All Saints, Brownie, and Mad Tiger reply to this, after all All Saints, you did say you would go and play where ever you guys where directed to go, Talk about fuel money

Wouldn't Parramatta be the best option for the Liverpool based clubs, That is about the only district that hasn't been mention yet.

Jarvo is a gun coach, well liked by his players, with the help from Brett and I'm sure Dabonno will come on board we will have a strong side at Appin, at least our young players wont get delt the do-do we got in the Grand Final. We did discuss Collies forming Seniors at our last meeting but the mood from everyone was, we wont form Seniors in the West Comp, Appin will be the best option possible, we are still a DOG.

Good move by Appin, great to see them finally moving forward. I can still remember watching the old Appin Warriors in 1st grade, good stuff.
With al the rumours and innuendo around about the Wests comp, or lack there of, good to see some clubs looking after their players by playing in a safer and superior comp.
