Guys just throwing it out there. The end result we are all hopeing to achieve for our beloved teams is to have a stable, long term, strong and healthy comp. Yeah, all agree. My confusion is that after many many years our WSDJRL has not progressed in all key areas. Not blaming a particular club or person/s, not interested in playing the blame game. Rugby league is a fast evolving game and with technology facilities and programs on offer, most clubs have adopted these services quickly. Just out of interest, how do my felow wests supporters feel about ,doing research and communicating with other junior clubs into how we are to best advance our comp or implement certain strategies they use to benefit us. To be specific: Where can we seek the services of strength and conditioning trainers for A and reserve grade?. Adequate training venues to enhance our players, Junior programs of conduct, supporting the local sporting high school, seeking player managers. I'm saying, why should it be taboo for one of or all of WSDJRL delegates, coaches etc to for eg go and communicate with Parramatta, Penrith rep sides or local clubs and bloody ask for help, isnt the bottom line that its there duty to provide the best opportunity for our wests children to make our mark on rugby league at the top level.
