Can someone explain to me why my last posting was deleted? It wasn’t defamatory in anyway what so ever but someone doesn’t like the facts put on the forum regarding my relationship with Narellan Jets and the CURRENT successful committee.
Can some tell me if this is defamatory?
Please Country Boy or should I say S.H, I’m not going to bother explaining who I am and I'm not going to get into a key board argument. I can tell you this, my family has been a huge part of the Narellan club for a lot longer than your involvement, We have seen the club through the highs and lows, and I only commented on what I had seen in the past few years, Juniors and Seniors has had an amazing transformation this year and I see it from the work with the current club members, don’t take this personal please, we have increased sponsorship and yes Daryn Falshaw has a lot to do with it, our Juniors have also moved forward in organization and you should be happy for how the club is being run, isn’t that what all ex members should be happy to see is that when you step aside the legacy continues to move forward. Its not hard to work out, the only Moderator on at the moment is Black and White, and no I dont find it offensive, Congratulations to Narellen they look like they have done very well this year considering the dramas pre season.

I know it's not something to do with 2013, but we conducted our presentation last night and the winners were Congratulations to all our award winners tonight Club Trophies Top Pointscorer: Jamie Blewitt Top Tryscorer: Matt Lee Best Defensive: Kyle Ellis Clubman of the Year: Adam O'Brien & Tom Casey First grade Best & Fairest: Lachlan Gray Players Player: Lachlan Gray Best Forward: Sam Conlon Best Back: Brad Cameron Coaches Award: Ty O'Brien Most improved: Jye Douglas Reserve Grade Best & Fairest: Erin Jones Players Player: Erin Jones & Josh Georgiades Best Forward: Josh Georgiades Best Back: Matt Lee Coaches Award: Kyle Ellis Most Improved: Con Tataroglou Goog inititive TC, could other clubs posts the award winners for 2012, very interesting to see how the coaching staff and club recognize they way the players performed at the club. Looking from the outside, you have one of the best run clubs in the Group, and the award for Club person of the year was deserving.

I've heard a very interesting rumour today - don't know how much credence there is in it but it's starting to do the rounds. The Campbelltown clubs who are currently playing in Group 6 are seen as being "on loan" from Wests JRL by NSWRL and that "loan" will be recalled next year because the wests JL and clubs don't want to play in the ICCC and will need them to form a comp.
You are the first to jump on someone about rumors and then you write this, we are happy with the ICCC, for the first time in many years we had a great time playing in the level that we are at. We made the semis this year and apart from a few washouts we wouldnt want it any other way. Your telling us that we will now be back in the Wests Juniors seperately run senior competition playing East Campbelltown Reserve Grade or Campbelltown Kangaroos Reserve Grade or Macarthur Bulls reserve Grade, are you dumb? we wont have a team by round 2. Just because we have 1 club that has a $10,000 bounty on their heads wants to jump ship, you say we all want to jump ship. Get your tickets of your self. We are going nowhere but the ICC Competition for 2013.
This is the first sentence of what I said: "I've heard a very interesting rumour today - don't know how much credence there is in it but it's starting to do the rounds." Note where I have bolded it? I said it was a rumour and that I don't know how much truth was in it (credence). That would indicate that I don't know if it was the truth or not. I got the info from a source that has always been very reliable. No I'm not "dumb" but I'm starting to think that you may be! I've also checked and I have no tickets on myself - simply relaying what I was told today.
You won't have a say in what happens, West Juniors have way more bargaining power with the backing of Wests Leagues, Group 6 is struggling to pay it's current EO as he couldn't find a a sponsor for the local chook raffle. If NSWRL turns around and let's us all play in Group 6, there will be nothing you could do about it. We had 1 troubled under 18's team that killed the competition out here and we all get tared with the same brush.
Didn't Collies also have an issue with their Reserve Grade team a few years ago that was the catalyst for the split from the joint comp???? I can only remember Mt Annan causing a bit of a stir in Group 6, no 18's team though? As this is what this thread is about - Group 6. Looking forward to next years comp, any more confirmed / rumoured signings?
Why do people bring that up, it was nothing to do with Rugby League, all young blokes have a stouch from time to time, it wasn't at a game or anything to do with RL. that's all this was and people from Group 6 used it as an excuse to bail out on the biggest competition of it's time. Couldn't handle us winning 2nd Division and we would have won Reserve Grade that year.
You wouldv'e won Reserve Grade this year? Please...........
You have to have a 1st Grade to win a Reserve Grade! KNOB

Can anyone tell me, has Collies applied to be with Group 6 next season? they have told my son that they will be in Group 6 100 percent guaranteed. I ASKED THIS A WHILE BACK, DOES ANYONE KNOW? HAS ANYTHING BEEN BOUGHT UP AT ANY GROUP 6 MEETING? WHEN IS THE NEXT MEETING?

I ASKED THIS A WHILE BACK, DOES ANYONE KNOW? HAS ANYTHING BEEN BOUGHT UP AT ANY GROUP 6 MEETING? WHEN IS THE NEXT MEETING? The Group 6 Senior's AGM is next Monday night. I don't know if Collies have applied to Group 6 like Titans have and I haven't seen the agenda for the meeting yet. Any club wanting to come into Group 6 would have to be voted in by the the General Committee.
I don't know if there has been an official agreement but I think that there has been an "understanding" between the CRL and NSWRL that no other Wests JL teams will be allowed to move to Group 6.

Goog inititive TC, could other clubs posts the award winners for 2012, very interesting to see how the coaching staff and club recognize they way the players performed at the club. Looking from the outside, you have one of the best run clubs in the Group, and the award for Club person of the year was deserving. Most deserving was Lachlan Gray. He has been playing first grade at Oakdale since he was 17. I'm not sure who he debuted against, but i remember him taking on the tough Goulburn pack in his debut year.

KNOB After Valley demolished the Group 6 Reserve Grade Comp in 2009, I couldn't see anyone putting in a Reserve Grade team without a first grade team, after all that is the competition name, "Reserve Grade" so don't get stroppy about stating the fact!

The new CRL logo as part of the codes consistent branding which was part of the ARLC strategic plan Will Group 6 have a new logo? We should know come Monday night, I would like to order all our gear next week so hopefully we find out soon!
Does anyone think the new NRL Logo looks a bit like the Australian one day cricket logo in the late 80's early 90's! Green and Gold with the southern cross, not too much thought went into it!

It might have been handy if they'd announced this about 6 weeks ago so that clubs were aware of the changes before they put their jersey orders in.

Just a bit BD. But it is only the corporate logo. I was more thinking the ACB logo from the late 80's, it had stripes and the southern cross with the big lettering ACB, remember it on my one day cricket hat! Find that logo, I did remember it wasn't so much green and gold!
